As shown in Figure 4, canine IL31 signaling decreased (as evidenced by a reduction in STAT-3 phosphorylation) as the concentration of caninized M14 exposed to the cells increased (lane 1 : no anti-IL31 antibody; Lane 2: 3.3nM; Lane 3 : 6.6nM; Lane 4: 9.9 nM; and Lane 5: 13.2 nM).
