Description
本发明属于电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种烤烟电子烟。
烤烟电子烟是一种非燃烧的烟类,它无须燃烧,只需要经过加热烘烤,可以大大提高烟的香味及减低焦油含量。然而,现有类似烤烟产品市面上烤烟电子烟一直采用传统的烟丝放进烟胆里面烤,烟味在烤的过程中容易扩散,造成口感不佳,里面清洗不方便等,各种因素也使得吸烟效果与口味不良。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明公开了一种烤烟电子烟,将香烟放进烟胆烤,当香烟烤到一定温度后可直接吸用,当吸到没口感时可直接把香烟整个拉出来更换,方便更换和清洗,能保持更好的吸烟效果与口味。
对此,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种烤烟电子烟,其包括吸嘴、雾化管和电池管,所述雾化管内设有烟胆和烟胆支架,所述烟胆支架位于所述烟胆的底部,所述烟胆的中部设有竖立的导热棒;所述烟胆支架上设有控制线路板和与所述控制线路板电连接的加热构件,所述加热构件与导热棒连接;所述电池管位于雾化管的下方,所述电池管的正、负极分别与控制线路板电连接;
所述雾化管表面设有进气孔,所述烟胆和烟胆支架之间设有进气间隙,从所述进气孔进入的气流通过所述进气间隙进入到烟胆内;

香烟从吸嘴插入到烟胆内,并使所述导热棒插入到香烟内进行加热。

作为本发明的进一步改进,所述烟胆的内壁设有便于气流流通的凹槽。优选的,所述凹槽为竖立的凹槽。优选的,所述凹槽为四个。进一步优选的,所述凹槽均匀分布在烟胆的内壁。采用此技术方案,烟胆内壁有4个凹槽用于气流流通,香烟外壁可以与烟胆内壁贴合在一起,带有凹槽吸烟气流更顺畅。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述雾化管设有雾化上盖,所述雾化上盖位于烟胆的上方、并位于吸嘴的下方;所述雾化上盖设有香烟插入孔,所述香烟插入孔与烟胆连通;所述雾化上盖与所述吸嘴与活动连接。采用此技术方案,香烟从吸嘴通过香烟插入孔插入到烟胆内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述雾化上盖、烟胆支架的材质为耐高温材料;所述烟胆的外表面设有保温棉,所述保温棉与烟胆之间设有供气流流通的间隙。优选的,所述雾化上盖、烟胆支架的材质为PPS(Polyphenylene sulfide,聚苯硫醚)材料。
采用此技术方案,烟胆的上下部由耐高温材料包住,表面由保温棉包住,这样确保烟胆温度更加稳定。其中,所述耐高温材料为耐280-330度的材料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述烤烟电子烟包括防尘盖,所述防尘盖套设在所述吸嘴的外表面。优选的,所述防尘盖套设在所述吸嘴的外表面,并与所述雾化上盖接触。采用此技术方案,香烟可直接装入烟胆后,用防尘盖把整个香烟盖在里,这样做到更好的保存香烟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述雾化上盖设有磁铁,所述防尘盖设有磁性构件,所述防尘盖通过磁性构件与雾化上盖的磁铁进行磁性连接。采用此技术方案,防尘盖采用磁铁方式吸附在雾化上盖,使用方便;而且直接往香烟吸嘴盖住,不用旋转不带螺纹,使用更加方便。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电池管的底部设有电池底座,所述电池底座上设有磁铁。所述防尘盖拔开后可吸附在电池底座上固定,使用方便。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导热棒的头部设有方便香烟插入的刺尖。
优选的,所述导热棒的头部为锥体结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述烤烟电子烟的表面设有开关按键、抽烟按键和充电接口,所述开关按键、抽烟按键、充电接口分别与控制线路板电连接。优选的,所述烤烟电子烟的表面设有LED指示灯,所述LED指示灯与控制线路板电连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述烤烟电子烟包括NTC热敏元件,所述加热构件通过NTC热敏元件与控制线路板电连接。此技术方案采用NTC热敏元件实现控温,NTC升温达到设定温度恒温,这时吸烟口感更好。加热总时间超过5分钟,自动停止加热,红色LED熄灭,进入待机。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加热构件为镍加热片。
优选的,所述镍发热片与NTC热敏电子固定在一起,便于进行更好的控温。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述香烟为专用香烟,所述专用香烟包括依次连接的过滤嘴和烟叶卷体,所述烟叶卷体内设有烟叶和烟叶润湿液。
其中,所述烟叶卷体为与正常香烟相同的卷烟体,其内部包含烟叶丝。所述烟叶润湿液为增加烟叶的湿度,并在加热后蒸发的液体。优选的,所述烟叶润湿液为VG(vegetable glycerin,植物甘油)。
采用此技术方案,使得烟叶卷体内的烟叶丝与烟叶润湿液混合后加热,烟叶丝内的有效成分可以溶解在VG中,使用者吸的口感更好,而且不会造成将烟叶丝烧焦的情况,便于将使用完的香烟完整的拉出更换。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述过滤嘴和烟叶卷体之间还设有二次过滤构件,所述二次过滤构件的材质为高分子多孔材质。采用此技术方案,可以进行二次过滤,有利于去除杂质,口感更好。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述烤烟电子烟的电路模块包括电源管理模块、电源供电模块、电池防反接模块、LED指示模块、MCU主控模块、电池电压侦测模块、加热模块、加热侦测AD反馈模块和按键输入模块,所述电源管理模块、电源供电模块、LED指示模块、加热模块、加热侦测AD反馈模块和按键输入模块分别与MCU主控模块电连接,所述电池防反接模块、电池电压侦测模块与电源管理模块连接。
优选的,所述MCU主控模块的芯片为SN8F27E93L。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
第一,采用本发明的技术方案,香烟通过吸嘴插入到烟胆内,香烟底部与并与导热棒接触,并使导热棒插入到香烟内,在加热过程中,气流通过雾化管的进气孔进入,然后经过所述烟胆和烟胆支架之间的进气间隙,从而进入到烟胆的底部,使用者使用时,当香烟烤到一定温度后可直接吸用,当吸到没口感时可把香烟拉出来更换,方便使用者使用,并且烟味在烤的过程中不容易扩散掉,吸烟效果与口味更好;使用完后,直接将香烟拉出,烟胆里面干净,而且容易清洗;而且控温稳定,吸烟气流更顺畅。
第二,采用热敏元件NTC进行控温,更加可靠,温度控制稳定;防尘盖采用磁性构件吸附在雾化上盖上,使用更加方便。

下面对本发明的较优的实施例作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
如图1~图5所示,一种烤烟电子烟,其包括吸嘴1、雾化管2和电池管3,所述雾化管2内设有烟胆21和烟胆支架22,所述烟胆支架22位于所述烟胆21的底部,所述烟胆21的中部设有竖立的导热棒23;所述烟胆支架22上设有控制线路板24和与所述控制线路板24电连接的加热构件,所述加热构件与导热棒23固定连接;所述电池管3位于雾化管2的下方,所述电池管3的正、负极分别与控制线路板24电连接;所述雾化管2表面设有进气孔25,所述烟胆21和烟胆支架22之间设有进气间隙26,从所述进气孔25进入的气流通过所述进气间隙26进入到烟胆21内;所述吸嘴1位于雾化管2的上方;香烟4从吸嘴1插入到烟胆21内,并使所述导热棒23插入到香烟4内进行加热。所述导热棒23固定在所述烟胆支架22上,所述导热棒23的头部设有方便香烟
插入的刺尖231。其中,所述香烟采用普通香烟的结构,即有卷烟纸对烟丝包裹的。所述雾化管2设有雾化上盖27,所述雾化上盖27位于烟胆21的上方、并位于吸嘴1的下方;所述雾化上盖27设有香烟插入孔,所述香烟插入孔与烟胆21连通;所述雾化上盖27与所述吸嘴1可拆卸连接。所述烟胆21的内壁设有便于气流流通的凹槽28。优选的,所述凹槽28为竖立的凹槽。所述凹槽28为四个,均匀分布在烟胆21的内壁。
如图1~图5所示,所述雾化上盖27、烟胆支架22的材质为PPS耐高温材料;所述烟胆21的外表面设有保温棉29,所述保温棉29与烟胆21之间设有供气流流通的间隙。
如图1~图5所示,所述烤烟电子烟包括防尘盖5,所述防尘盖5套设在所述吸嘴1的外表面。所述雾化上盖27设有磁铁271,所述防尘盖5设有磁性构件,所述防尘盖5通过磁性构件与雾化上盖27的磁铁271进行磁性连接。所述电池管3的底部设有电池底座31,所述电池底座31上设有磁铁。所述防尘盖5拔开后可吸附在电池底座31上。其中,所述磁性构件为铁磁性材质,优选为铁。
采用此技术方案,香烟通过吸嘴插入到烟胆内,香烟底部与并与导热棒接触,并使导热棒插入到香烟内。电池管内设有电池,电池供电给控制线路板,控制线路板控制加热构件的开启,从而控制对香烟进行加热。如图4中的箭头方向所示,在加热过程中,气流通过雾化管的进气孔进入,然后经过所述烟胆和烟胆支架之间的进气间隙,从而进入到烟胆的底部,使用者使用时,当香烟烤到一定温度后可直接吸用,当吸到没口感时可把香烟拉出来更换,方便使用者使用,并且烟味在烤的过程中不容易扩散,口感更好,使用完后,直接将香烟拉出,烟胆里面干净,而且容易清洗。优选的,所述吸嘴与雾化管活动连接。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,如图6所示,所述香烟4为专用香烟,所述专用香烟包括依次连接的过滤嘴41、二次过滤构件42和烟叶卷体43,所述烟叶卷体43内设有烟叶和烟叶润湿液,所述二次过滤构件42的材质为高分子多孔材质。其中,所述烟叶卷体为与正常香烟相同的卷烟体,其内部包含烟叶丝。所述烟叶润湿液为增加烟叶的湿度,并在加热后蒸发的液体。优选的,所述烟叶润湿液为VG(vegetable glycerin,植物甘油)。
采用此技术方案,使得烟叶卷体内的烟叶丝与烟叶润湿液混合后加热,烟叶丝内
的有效成分可以溶解在VG中,使用者吸的口感更好,而且不会造成将烟叶丝烧焦的情况,便于将使用完的香烟完整的拉出更换。采用此技术方案,还可以进行二次过滤,有利于去除杂质,口感更好。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,如图7和图8所示,所述烤烟电子烟的表面设有开关按键、抽烟按键、LED指示灯和充电接口,所述开关按键、抽烟按键、有LED指示灯和充电接口分别与控制线路板电连接。所述烤烟电子烟的电路部分还包括NTC热敏元件,所述加热构件通过NTC热敏元件与控制线路板电连接。所述加热构件为镍加热片,所述镍发热片与NTC热敏电子固定在一起,便于进行更好的控温。
如图7和图8所示,所述烤烟电子烟的电路模块包括电源管理模块、电源供电模块、电池防反接模块、LED指示模块、MCU主控模块、电池电压侦测模块、加热模块、加热侦测AD反馈模块和按键输入模块,所述电源管理模块、电源供电模块、LED指示模块、加热模块、加热侦测AD反馈模块和按键输入模块分别与MCU主控模块电连接,所述电池防反接模块、电池电压侦测模块与电源管理模块连接。所述MCU主控模块的芯片为SN8F27E93L。
该烤烟电子烟的使用方法如下:
1、长按开关按键5秒不放,启动加热,升温过程中红色LED保持闪烁,当温度达到吸烟所设定温度后LED常亮,这时吸烟口感更好。加热总时间超过5分钟,自动停止加热,红色LED熄灭,进入待机;
2、加热过程中,长按抽烟键5秒,可取消加热,返回待机;
3、锁键时,长按抽烟键无效;
4、待机时,2秒内连安安烟键5次锁键/解锁,红色LED闪烁3次。

Claims (10)
- 一种烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:其包括吸嘴、雾化管和电池管,所述雾化管内设有烟胆和烟胆支架,所述烟胆支架位于所述烟胆的底部,所述烟胆的中部设有竖立的导热棒;所述烟胆支架设有控制线路板和与所述控制线路板电连接的加热构件,所述加热构件与导热棒连接;所述电池管位于雾化管的下方,所述电池管的正、负极分别与控制线路板电连接;所述雾化管表面设有进气孔,所述烟胆和烟胆支架之间设有进气间隙,从所述进气孔进入的气流通过所述进气间隙进入到烟胆内;所述吸嘴位于雾化管的上方;香烟从吸嘴插入到烟胆内,并使所述导热棒插入到香烟内进行加热。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟胆的内壁设有便于气流流通的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化管设有雾化上盖,所述雾化上盖位于烟胆的上方、并位于吸嘴的下方;所述雾化上盖设有香烟插入孔,所述香烟插入孔与烟胆连通;所述雾化上盖与所述吸嘴与活动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化上盖、烟胆支架的材质为耐280-330度的材料;所述烟胆的外表面设有保温棉,所述保温棉与烟胆之间设有供气流流通的间隙。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:其包括防尘盖,所述防尘盖套设在所述吸嘴的外表面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化上盖设有磁铁,所述防尘 盖设有磁性构件,所述防尘盖通过磁性构件与雾化上盖的磁铁进行磁性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述导热棒的头部设有方便香烟插入的刺尖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述烤烟电子烟的表面设有开关按键、抽烟按键和充电接口,所述开关按键、抽烟按键、充电接口分别与控制线路板电连接;所述烤烟电子烟包括NTC热敏元件,所述加热构件通过NTC热敏元件与控制线路板电连接,所述加热构件为镍加热片。
- 根据权利要求1~8任意一项所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述香烟为专用香烟,所述专用香烟包括依次连接的过滤嘴和烟叶卷体,所述烟叶卷体内设有烟叶和烟叶润湿液。
- 根据权利要求9所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述过滤嘴和烟叶卷体之间还设有二次过滤构件,所述二次过滤构件的材质为高分子多孔材质。
