Abstract
L'échangeur de chaleur comprend un premier circuit de fluide de gaz d'échappement, un boîtier (1) d'échangeur de chaleur, et un port (2) d'entrée et un port (3) de sortie pour le liquide de refroidissement, et se caractérise en ce qu'une portion d'une paroi du boîtier (1) d'échangeur de chaleur est définie par une surface d'une pièce (5) de liaison avec le moteur, le port (2) d'entrée et le port (3) de sortie pour le liquide de refroidissement issu du moteur comprenant cette même pièce (5) de liaison. Le procédé comprend les étapes de : liaison de cette pièce (5) de liaison à une structure du boîtier (1), d'inclusion dans des dépressions (7) de la structure du boîtier (1) des plaques (8) d'assemblage avec cette pièce (5) de liaison, et, d'application du soudage au contour de cette pièce (5) de liaison.
