Description
The present invention relates to a storage container having a mechanism for stably holding an object during movement.
Conventionally, a storage container for storing a liquid crystal panel or the like is used when the liquid crystal panel or the like is transported or stored. As such a storage container, Patent Document 1 discloses a packing material for packing a panel-shaped article to be packed. The packaging material of patent document 1 is provided with the container main body, the cover body, and the side protection member which protects the side part of the both sides of a panel-shaped to-be-packaged object. The side protection member disclosed in Patent Document 1 is formed in a cross shape, and has four side protection arms that have different lengths. When the side protection member is fitted into the fitting recess provided in the side wall of the container body, one of the side side protection arms is exposed from the side wall. The side portion of the article to be packed is pressed by the distal end surface of the side portion protecting arm portion exposed from the side wall portion. As a result, the article to be packed is held inside the packing material, and the article to be packed is protected.
For example, an object to be packed with an accessory connected to the periphery of the main part, such as a liquid crystal panel composed of a panel member (glass substrate) and a circuit board connected to the periphery of the panel member, is placed inside the packing material. May be housed. Since it is desired to avoid an external force from being applied not only to the panel member as the main part but also to the circuit board as an accessory, the side protection member described above should not interfere with the circuit board when pressing the panel member. However, there are limited places where the side protection members can be placed to suppress the main part of the package without interfering with the circuit board, so that the package can be stably held inside the packaging material. Is not easy.
Therefore, in view of such a problem, the present invention applies an external force to the main part and the accessory even when the accessory is connected to the periphery of the main part of the object to be stored in the storage container. Then, a recess 23a is formed in which is not shown). The protection member 4 holds the corners of the panel A1 and holds the panel A1 together with the holder 3. If the protection member 4 can protect the corner | angular part of panel A1, the shape and structure will not be specifically limited.
Moreover, in this embodiment, the side wall part 22a has the fitting part E with which the 2nd contact part 32 of the holder 3 mentioned later fits. When the side wall portion 22a is fitted into the fitting portion E, the holder 3 is suppressed from moving relative to the side wall portion 22a. In this embodiment, the fitting part E is a fitting recessed part which the 2nd contact part 32 of the holder 3 fits, as FIG. 4 shows. The fitting portion E has wall portions E1 and E2 that face the side edges 321 and 322 of the second contact portion 32. The movement of the holder 3 in the longitudinal direction D of the side wall portion 22a is restricted by the wall portions E1 and E2. Thereby, the position shift with respect to the side wall part 22a of the holder 3 is prevented. Therefore, for example, the holder 3 is prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction D with respect to the side wall portion 22a and coming into contact with the flexible substrate A3. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the flexible substrate A3 from being damaged.
In addition, the fitting part E is not limited to the structure shown in figure. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the fitting portion E may be formed in a groove shape that is recessed with respect to a portion around the fitting portion E in the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22 a. Moreover, the fitting part E may be formed by the protrusion part etc. which were arrange | positioned at the space | interval corresponding to the width | variety of the 2nd contact part 32 which protruded from inner surface IS of the side wall part 22a, for example.
Moreover, the number of the fitting parts E provided in the side wall part 22a is not specifically limited. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the fitting part E may be provided at two places on the side wall part 22 a or may be provided at only one place. Moreover, the fitting part E may be provided with a plurality of (for example, three or more) fitting parts E along the longitudinal direction D of the side wall part 22a to which the holder 3 is attached. In this case, a plurality of fitting portions E can be provided at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction D of the side wall portion 22a, and the mounting position of the holder 3 can be changed according to the structure of the object to be accommodated. For example, when the position at which the holder 3 can be attached varies depending on the type of the panel module A, the plurality of types of panel modules A can be held by selecting the attachment position of the holder 3.
In the present embodiment, the fitting portion E is formed integrally with the side wall portion 22a. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the side wall portion 22a is attached to the side wall main body 221 and the side wall main body 221. The mounting member 222 having the fitting portion E may be provided. In the modification shown in FIG. 5, the side wall body 221 has a plurality of attachment portions 221 a that engage with the attached portions 222 a of the attachment members 222 in the longitudinal direction D of the side wall portions 22 a. The plurality of attachment portions 221a are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction D of the side wall portion 22a. The attachment member 222 can be attached to a desired position of the side wall body 221 by engaging the attached portion 222a of the attachment member 222 with the desired attachment portion 221a. Thereby, according to the structure of the to-be-contained object, the attachment position of the holder 3 can be changed, or the type of the attachment member 222 to be used can be changed. For this reason, it is possible to hold a plurality of types of panel modules A with respect to a single housing portion 2.
The holder 3 holds the object to be stored in the storage area 23. The holder 3 regulates the movement of the panel module A and holds the panel module A inside the accommodation area 23. Since the holder 3 holds the panel module A, the panel A1 and the circuit board A2 are prevented from being damaged. As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the holder 3 includes a first contact portion 31, a second contact portion 32 provided away from the first contact portion 31, and a first contact portion. 31 and a connecting portion 33 that connects the second contact portion 32. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the holder 3 is attached between the end surface A11 of the panel A1 and the inner surface of the side wall portion 22a.
The holder 3 is formed of a material having a predetermined rigidity in order to hold the panel module A. The material of the holder 3 is not particularly limited as long as it has a predetermined rigidity. The holder 3 can be formed of, for example, hard synthetic resin or metal.
If the shape of the holder 3 has the 1st contact part 31, the 2nd contact part 32, and the connection part 33, it will not specifically limit. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3, 6, and 7, a cross section in a plane passing through the first contact portion 31, the second contact portion 32, and the connecting portion 33 in the holder 3 is a U-shape. It has a shape. Note that “having a U-shape” means that the holder 3 only needs to include a U-shaped portion. Therefore, in addition to the first contact portion 31, the second contact portion 32, and the connecting portion 33, a portion that protrudes from the U-shaped portion may be included.
The 1st contact part 31 has the outer surface 31a which should be contact | abutted to end surface A11 of the principal part of a to-be-contained object, as FIG.3, FIG.4, FIG.6 and FIG. In addition, although it is preferable that the outer side surface 31a of the 1st contact part 31 always contacts | abuts to the end surface A11 of a principal part, when attaching the holder 3, it does not necessarily need to always contact | abut. For example, a slight clearance may be formed between the outer surface 31a of the first contact part 31 and the end surface A11 of the main part. That is, when the container is about to move inside the container 2, such as when the container 1 is being transported, the outer surface 31a of the first contact part 31 contacts the end surface A11 of the main part, and What is necessary is just to be able to hold an object in a predetermined range.
In the present embodiment, the outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31 is in contact with the end surface A11 of the panel A1, as shown in FIGS. The first contact portion 31 is formed in a plate shape in the present embodiment, and includes an outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31 and an inner surface 31b opposite to the outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31. Have. The inner side surface 31 b of the first contact portion 31 faces the second contact portion 32. The outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31 is a flat surface in the present embodiment. When the flat outer surface 31a comes into surface contact with the end surface A11 of the panel A1, the end surface A11 of the panel A1 is hardly damaged. Note that the shape of the first contact portion 31 is not particularly limited as long as it can contact the end surface A11 of the main portion.
Further, another member may be interposed between the end surface A11 of the panel A1 and the outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31. For example, a protective material (not shown) that protects the end surface A11 of the panel A1 is provided between the end surface A11 of the panel A1 and the outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31, and is positioned on the end surface A11 side of the panel A1. The protective material to be in contact with the outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31 may contact.
As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 6 and 7, the second contact portion 32 has an outer surface 32a to be contacted with the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a. In addition, although it is preferable that the outer side surface 32a of the 2nd contact part 32 always contacts | abuts to the inner surface of the side wall part 22a, when the holder 3 is attached, it does not necessarily need to always contact | abut. For example, a slight clearance may be formed between the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 and the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a. That is, when the container is about to move inside the storage part 2, such as when the storage container 1 is transported, the outer surface 32a of the second contact part 32 contacts the inner side surface IS of the side wall part 22a, What is necessary is just to be able to hold | maintain the principal part of a to-be-contained object in a predetermined range.
In the present embodiment, the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 is in contact with the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a, as shown in FIGS. In the present embodiment, the second contact portion 32 is formed in a plate shape, and includes an outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 and an inner surface 32b opposite to the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32. have. The inner side surface 32 b of the second contact portion 32 faces the first contact portion 31. In the present embodiment, the second contact portion 32 is provided substantially parallel to the first contact portion 31. However, the angle between the first contact portion 31 and the second contact portion 32 is not particularly limited.
The second contact portion 32 is separated from the first contact portion 31 by a predetermined distance. The predetermined distance between the first contact portion 31 and the second contact portion 32 is set to an interval at which the auxiliary portion connected to the peripheral edge of the main portion can be disposed, as will be described later. In the present embodiment, the distance between the inner side surface 31b of the first contact portion 31 and the inner side surface 32b of the second contact portion 32 is set so that the circuit board A2 connected to the panel A1 can be arranged. ing.
In the present embodiment, the second contact portion 32 is fitted to the fitting portion E as described above. The outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 contacts the inner wall surface IS of the side wall portion 22a located inside the fitting portion E. The outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 may be a flat surface, but in the present embodiment, the protrusion that protrudes toward the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a on the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32. It has a part 32c (see FIGS. 6 to 8). In this embodiment, the protrusion 32c provided on the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 contacts the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a. When the inner side surface IS of the side wall portion 22a is formed of a deformable material such as foamed resin, for example, when the storage container 1 is transported, the holder 3 is pressed toward the side wall portion 22a as the object to be moved moves. When done, the protrusion 32c is pushed into the inner surface IS of the side wall 22a. When the protrusion 32c is pushed into the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a, it is possible to absorb an impact or vibration applied to the object.
The shape and arrangement of the protrusion 32c are not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the protrusions 32c may extend linearly or may be scattered in a hemispherical shape. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 32c is connected to the connecting portion 33 from the free end 32d (see FIGS. 6 to 8) of the second abutting portion 32 on the bottom 21 side when the holder 3 is attached. It extends linearly toward the base end 32e (see FIGS. 6 to 8) of the second abutting portion 32 as a place. The protrusion 32c of the second contact portion 32 is first from the first end portion 33a on the connection side of the connection portion 33 to the second contact portion 32 from the base end 32e of the second contact portion 32. The contact portion 31 continuously extends to the second end portion 33b on the connection side with the base end 31c. Thereby, in addition to absorbing the impact and vibration described above, the protrusion 32 c and the protrusion 33 c of the connecting portion 33 also function as ribs that enhance the impact resistance of the holder 3.
Further, another member may be interposed between the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a and the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32. For example, a cushioning material (not shown) or the like is provided between the inner side surface IS of the side wall portion 22a and the outer side surface 32a of the second contact portion 32, and the cushioning material positioned on the inner side surface IS side of the side wall portion 22a The outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 may contact.
Further, the width of the second contact portion 32 (the length of the side wall portion 22 in the longitudinal direction D) is wider than the width of the first contact portion 31. In this case, when a force is applied from the panel A1 to the holder 3, the force applied from the panel A1 can be sufficiently received by the wide second contact portion 32.
The connecting portion 33 connects the first contact portion 31 and the second contact portion 32 that are spaced apart from each other. As long as the connection part 33 can connect the 1st contact part 31 and the 2nd contact part 32, the shape in particular will not be limited. As shown in this embodiment, the connecting portion 33 may be plate-shaped or rod-shaped. In the present embodiment, the connecting portion 33 is provided substantially perpendicular to the first contact portion 31 and the second contact portion 32 as shown in FIG. However, the angle of the connecting portion 33 with respect to the first contact portion 31 and the second contact portion 32 is not particularly limited. Moreover, the shape of the connection part 33 is not specifically limited. For example, the connection part 33 may be formed flat like this embodiment, and may be formed curvedly.
As described above, the holder 3 has the first contact portion 31, the second contact portion 32, and the connecting portion 33. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the auxiliary portion connected to the peripheral edge of the main portion of the object to be accommodated by bringing the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 into contact with the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a. A space SP in which to place the space is secured between the holder 3 and the bottom 21. Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a space SP in which the circuit board A2 connected to the panel A1 is to be arranged is secured between the holder 3 and the bottom portion 21 of the housing portion 2. Is done. Thereby, even if the auxiliary part is connected to the periphery of the main part of the object to be stored in the storage container, the object is held by the holder in the region where the auxiliary part is provided. be able to.
Specifically, even when the auxiliary portion (circuit board A2) is connected to the periphery of the main portion (panel A1), the main portion contacts the outer surface 31a of the first contact portion 31, An auxiliary portion is disposed in the space SP between the inner side surface 31 b of the first contact portion 31 and the inner side surface 32 b of the second contact portion 32. Therefore, in the region where the auxiliary portion is provided in the peripheral edge of the main portion, the holder 3 is attached to the storage portion 2 in a state where the auxiliary portion is avoided, and the main portion of the receiving portion is held by the holder 3. Is done. Therefore, for example, it is not necessary to attach the holder 3 while avoiding a region where the circuit board A2 is provided in the longitudinal direction D on one side of the panel A1.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer edge of the space SP is an inner surface facing the inner surface 31 b of the first contact portion 31, the inner surface 32 b of the second contact portion 32, and the bottom portion 21 of the connecting portion 33. It is defined by the side surface 33d and the inner surface 21a of the bottom portion 21. As described above, in the present embodiment, the space SP includes the inner side surface 31b of the first contact portion 31, the inner side surface 32b of the second contact portion 32, the inner side surface 33d of the connecting portion 33, and the inner side surface 21a of the bottom portion 21. Surrounded by For example, there is a possibility that the auxiliary part may swing greatly, such as the auxiliary part connected via the flexible connection part such as the circuit board A2 connected via the flexible board A3. Even in such a case, since the auxiliary portion is surrounded on all sides, the auxiliary portion can be prevented from shaking relative to the main portion. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the main part and the auxiliary part from being damaged due to the auxiliary part swinging relative to the main part.
Further, as described above, in the present embodiment, the holder 3 has a U-shaped cross section in a plane passing through the first contact portion 31, the second contact portion 32, and the connecting portion 33. . Since the holder 3 has a U-shape, the holder 3 can be easily attached to the housing portion 2 from a direction perpendicular to the surface of the panel A1.
In the present embodiment, when the outer surface 32a of the second contact portion 32 is brought into contact with the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a, the first contact portion 31 is disposed at a position where it does not interfere with the connection portion. . The “position where the first contact portion 31 does not interfere with the connection portion” refers to, for example, a non-connection region where the flexible substrate A3 is not connected in the periphery of the panel A1 where the circuit substrate A2 is disposed. Thus, in this embodiment, the 1st contact part 31 is arrange | positioned in the position which does not interfere with a connection part. In this case, the main part is held by the holder 3 in the region where the auxiliary part is located between the inner wall surface IS of the side wall part 22a and the peripheral edge of the main part. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, in the gap G between two flexible substrates A3 adjacent to each other, or between the circuit board A2 and the peripheral edge of the panel A1, the first contact portion 31 is disposed on the panel A1. It can be brought into contact with the periphery.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the bottom portion 21 includes an engaging portion 21 b with which the free end 31 d of the first contact portion 31 is engaged. In this case, even when the first contact portion 31 receives an impact on the left side in FIG. The end 31d engages with the engaging portion 21b. Therefore, the first contact portion 31 can be prevented from being deformed toward the second contact portion 32 with the base end 31c of the first contact portion 31 as a fulcrum. Therefore, damage to the first contact portion 31 can be prevented.
In the present embodiment, the engaging portion 21b is shown as an engaging recess with which the free end 31d of the first abutting portion 31 is engaged. The first abutting portion 31 has a length from the base end 31c to the free end 31d that is longer than a length from the base end 32e to the free end 32d of the second abutting portion 32, and the first abutting portion 31b contacts the engaging portion 21b. The free end 31d of the contact portion 31 is fitted. In addition, the engaging part 21b is not limited to an engaging recessed part. The engaging portion 21 b faces the inner surface 31 b of the first abutting portion 31 at the free end 3 of the first abutting portion 31, and the wall portion with which the inner surface 31 b of the first abutting portion 31 abuts is the bottom portion 21. It only has to have. For example, the engaging portion 21b may be an engaging protrusion that protrudes from the bottom 21 toward the second abutting portion 32 with respect to the inner side surface 31b of the first abutting portion 31 without being an engaging recess. .
Next, a method for holding the panel A1 using the storage container of the present embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, an empty accommodating portion 2 is prepared, and a plurality of panel modules A are stacked and accommodated in the empty accommodating portion 2 in the thickness direction of the panel A1. Between the stacked panel modules A, for example, a foamed resin spacer S (see FIG. 3) is interposed. In the present embodiment, a plurality (four in FIG. 1) of circuit boards A2 are connected to one side of the four sides of the panel A1 via the flexible board A3.
In the present embodiment, a gap G is provided between the panel A1 of the panel module A and the circuit board A2 (see FIG. 4), and the gap G2 is provided between the circuit board A2 and the inner side surface IS of the side wall portion 22a. A panel module A is arranged to have. The flexible substrate A3 is connected to the circuit board A2 in a partial region in the longitudinal direction of the circuit board A2 (direction parallel to the longitudinal direction D of the side wall portion 22a). Therefore, the circuit board A2 has a non-connection region where the flexible board A3 is not connected.
Next, the holder 3 is arranged so that the first contact part 31 enters the gap G and the second contact part 32 enters the gap G2 (fitting part E) from above the circuit board A2. It is attached to the housing part 2. When the holder 3 is attached to the housing portion 2, the first contact portion 31 contacts the end surface A11 of the panel A1. Further, the second contact portion 32 contacts the inner surface IS of the side wall portion 22a. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the circuit board A <b> 2 includes the inner surface 31 b of the first contact portion 31, the inner surface 32 b of the second contact portion 32, the inner surface 21 a of the bottom portion 21, and the connection portion 33. It arrange | positions in the space SP defined by the inner surface 33d. In this way, the panel module A can be held by the holder 3. In the present embodiment, even when the circuit board A2 is connected to the peripheral edge of the panel A1, the holder 3 is provided in a region where the flexible board A3 is not provided in the area where the circuit board A2 is provided. Can hold the panel module A.
In this embodiment, the panel A1 is also held by the protective member 4 that protects the corners of the panel A1. Therefore, the panel A1 is held by the protection member 4 and the holder 3. For example, the panel A1 is parallel to the surface of the panel A1 when a sudden brake is applied during the transportation of the storage container 1, the storage container 1 is loaded onto the transport vehicle, or the transport container is lowered. There is a case where an impact is applied in a certain direction (for example, the left direction in FIG. 3). In such a case, the impact applied to the panel A1 can be distributed to the protection member 4 and the holder 3. Therefore, the possibility of breakage of the panel A1 can be reduced.
Further, since the flexible board A3 that connects the panel A1 and the circuit board A2 is flexible, the circuit board A2 may swing with respect to the panel A1 while the storage container 1 is being transported. In the present embodiment, in this embodiment, the circuit board A2 is constituted by the inner side surface 31b of the first contact portion 31, the inner side surface 32b of the second contact portion 32, the inner side surface 21a of the bottom portion 21, and the inner side surface 33d of the connecting portion 33. Is surrounded by the circuit board A2 due to the flexibility of the flexible board A3. As a result, it is possible to prevent damage to the circuit board A2, damage to the panel A1 due to vibration of the circuit board A2, and the like.
