本发明的一个目的是提供一种利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法、系统及无线耳机的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法,包括:将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;拾取用户发出的语音信息;对所述用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过所述WIFI发送至一云端服务器;接收所述云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;将接收到的所述云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息。
可选地,将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接,包括:所述无线耳机与一终端建立蓝牙通信连接;利用所述无线耳机与所述终端建立的蓝牙通信连接,将所述终端搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息送至所述无线耳机;所述无线耳机与所述待连接的WIFI信息对应的WIFI建立连接。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种无线耳机,包括:WIFI模块, 用于将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;语音拾取模块,用于拾取用户发出的语音信息;模数转换处理模块,用于对所述用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;所述WIFI模块,还用于将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过所述WIFI发送至一云端服务器;所述WIFI模块,还用于接收所述云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;数模转换处理模块,用于将接收到的所述云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;播放语音模块,用于播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息。

根据本发明的第三方面,提供了一种语音交互系统,包括无线耳机和云端服务器,其中,所述无线耳机包括:WIFI模块,用于将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;语音拾取模块,用于拾取用户发出的语音信息;模数转换处理模块,用于对所述用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;所述WIFI模块,用于将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过所述WIFI发送至一云端服务器;所述WIFI模块,还用于接收所述云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;数模转换处理模块,用于将接收到的所述云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;播放语音模块,用于播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息;所述云端服务器用于根据接收到的模数转换处理后的语音信息查询相关信息,并将查询到的信息通过所述WIFI返回至所述无线耳机。

根据本发明的第四方面,提供了一种无线耳机,包括:存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述指令用于控制所述处理器执行上述任一项所述的利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法。
本发明提供的利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法、系统及无线耳机,通过无线耳机与WIFI建立的连接,将无线耳机拾取到的用户发出的语音信息经模数转换处理后发送至云端服务器,然后,云端服务器再将根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息发送至无线耳机,无线耳机接收到该查询信息后,对查询信息进行数模转换处理,并播放数模转换处理后的查询信息,实现语音交互功能。

本发明提供了一种利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法。图1示出了根据本发明一个实施例的利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法的处理流程图。参见图1,该方法至少包括步骤S102至步骤S114。
步骤S102,将无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;
步骤S104,拾取用户发出的语音信息;
步骤S106,对用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;
步骤S108,将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过WIFI发送至一云端服务器;
步骤S110,接收云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;
步骤S112,将接收到的云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;
步骤S114,播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息。
本发明提供的利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法,通过无线耳机与WIFI建立的连接,将无线耳机拾取到的用户发出的语音信息经模数转换处理后发送至云端服务器,然后,云端服务器再将根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息发送至无线耳机,无线耳机接收到该查询信息后,对查询信息进行数模转换处理,并播放数模转换处理后的查询信息,实现语音交互功能。
本发明实施例中,上述步骤S102涉及的将无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接的处理流程,参见图2,至少包括步骤S202至步骤S206。
步骤S202,无线耳机与一终端建立蓝牙通信连接。本发明涉及的终端为手持电脑、台式电脑、智能手机和智能手表中任一种。无线耳机和终端均设置有蓝牙模块,首先,无线耳机和终端均开启蓝牙功能,通过蓝牙功能进行适配,无线耳机和终端完成适配,即无线耳机和终端建立蓝牙通信连接。
步骤S204,利用无线耳机与终端建立的蓝牙通信连接,将终端搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息发送至无线耳机。首先,终端开启WIFI功能,然后,终端搜索到至少一个WIFI信息,接着,终端从至少一个WIFI信息中选择出一个WIFI信息以作为待连接的WIFI信息,最后,终端利用与无线耳机建立的蓝牙通信连接,将待连接的WIFI信息发送至无线耳机。
步骤S206,无线耳机与待连接的WIFI信息对应的WIFI建立连接。无线耳机获取到终端发送的待连接的WIFI信息后,与待连接的WIFI信息对应的WIFI建立连接。
本发明实施例中,无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接后,拾取到用户发出的语音信息,由于无线耳机接收到的用户发出的语音信息为模拟信号信息,在将其通过WIFI发送至云端服务器之前,需要将用户发出的语音信息转换为对应的数字信号信息。云端服务器接收到来自无线耳机的信息后,根据来自无线耳机转换处理后的语音信息进行查询操作,得到与来自无线耳机的信息相对应的查询信息,并将该查询信息返回至无线耳机。其中,该查询信息为数字信号信息,无线耳机在接收到该查询信息之后,将该查询信息转换处理为对应的模拟信号信息。接着,无线耳机播放数模转换处理后的查询信息。
基于同一发明构思,本发明还提供了一种无线耳机。图3示出了根据本发明一个实施例的无线耳机的结构示意图。参见图3,无线耳机至少包括:WIFI模块310,用于将无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;语音拾取模块320,用于拾取用户发出的语音信息;模数转换处理模块330,与语音拾取模块320和WIFI模块310耦合,用于对用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换 处理;WIFI模块310,还用于将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过WIFI发送至一云端服务器;WIFI模块310,还用于接收云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;数模转换处理模块340,与WIFI模块310耦合,用于将接收到的云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;播放语音模块350,与数模转换处理模块340耦合,用于播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息。
本发明实施例中,参见图4,无线耳机还包括蓝牙模块360,与WIFI模块310耦合,用于与一终端建立蓝牙通信连接,利用无线耳机与该终端建立的蓝牙通信连接,将该终端搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息发送至无线耳机。具体地,首先,无线耳机和终端均开启蓝牙功能,通过蓝牙功能进行适配,无线耳机和终端完成适配,即无线耳机和终端建立蓝牙通信连接。然后,终端开启WIFI功能,终端搜索到至少一个WIFI信息,终端从至少一个WIFI信息中选择出一个WIFI信息以作为待连接的WIFI信息。接着,终端利用与无线耳机建立的蓝牙通信连接,将待连接的WIFI信息发送至无线耳机。最后,无线耳机获取到终端发送的待连接的WIFI信息后,与待连接的WIFI信息对应的WIFI建立连接。
本发明实施例中,无线耳机通过WIFI模块310与一WIFI建立连接后,语音拾取模块320拾取到用户发出的语音信息,并将用户发出的语音信息发送至模数转换处理模块330。语音拾取模块320拾取到的语音信息为模拟信号信息,在将其发送至云端服务器之前,需要将该语音信息转换为数字信号信息。模数转换处理模块330对该语音信息进行模数信号的转换,并将转换处理得到的语音信息通过WIFI模块310发送至云端服务器。云端服务器接收到来自无线耳机的信息后,根据来自无线耳机的信息进行查询操作,得到与来自无线耳机的信息相对应的查询信息,并将该查询信息返回至无线耳机。其中,该查询信息为数字信号信息,在无线耳机播放该查询之前,需要将其转换处理为模拟信号信息。无线耳机通过WIFI模块310接收到该查询信息,并将该查询信息发送至数模转换处理模块340。数模转换处理模块340接收到该查询信息后,对该查询信息进行数模信号的转换,并将转换后的查询信息发送至播放语音模块350。播放语音模块350 播放数模转换处理模块340转换后得到的音频信息。其中,上述涉及的语音拾取模块320为麦克风,播放语音模块350为扬声器。
本发明实施例中,上述涉及的模数转换处理模块330和数模转换处理模块340可集成于同一转换器上。
本发明实施例中,上述涉及的WIFI模块310、模数转换处理模块330和数模转换处理模块340集成于同一芯片上。
基于同一发明构思,本发明还提供了一种语音交互系统。图5示出了根据本发明一个实施例的语音交互系统的结构示意图。参见图5,语音交互系统500至少包括无线耳机510和云端服务器520。其中,无线耳机510至少包括:WIFI模块,用于将无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;语音拾取模块,用于拾取用户发出的语音信息;模数转换处理模块,用于对用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;WIFI模块,还用于将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过WIFI发送至一云端服务器;WIFI模块,还用于接收云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;数模转换处理模块,用于将接收到的云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;播放语音模块,用于播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息。云端服务器用于根据接收到的模数转换处理后的语音信息查询相关信息,并将查询到的信息通过WIFI模块返回至所述无线耳机。
图6示出了根据本发明一个实施例的无线耳机的实施结构的方框原理图。
参见图6,该无线耳机600包括存储器601和处理器602,该存储器601用于存储指令,该指令用于控制处理器602进行操作以执行上述利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法。
除此之外,参见图6,该无线耳机600还包括接口装置603、通信装置604、扬声器605、麦克风606等等。尽管在图6中示出了多个装置,但是,本发明可以仅涉及其中的部分装置,例如,存储器601、处理器602等。
上述接口装置603例如包括耳机插孔、USB接口等。
上述通信装置604例如能够进行有有线或无线通信。
下面以一个具体实施例对本发明提供的语音交互系统实现的语音交互操作进行说明。本发明实施例中,语音交互系统至少包括无线耳机和终端,其中,该终端为一智能手机。
本发明实施例中,无线耳机与智能手机建立蓝牙通信连接,利用无线耳机与该智能手机建立的蓝牙通信连接,将该智能手机搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息发送至无线耳机,无线耳机与待连接的WIFI信息对应的WIFI建立连接。接着,用户发出“带我去超市”的声音,无线耳机的麦克风拾取到用户发出的语音信息,并将拾取到的语音信息发送至模数转换处理模块。模数转换处理模块将接收到的语音信息转换为数字信号信息,并将该数字信号信息通过WIFI发送至云端服务器。
云端服务器接收到来自无线耳机发送的数字信号信息,对该数字信号信息进行解析。然后,云端服务器根据解析得到的数字信号信息到数据库中查询到对应的查询信息,例如,“用户所在的地址信息”,并将该查询信息返回至无线耳机。
无线耳机通过WIFI接收到云端服务器返回的查询信息后,首先,将该查询信息经无线耳机的数模转换处理模块进行数模信号转换处理,然后,将数模转换处理后的查询信息经无线耳机的扬声器进行播放。
用户接收到扬声器播放的数模转换处理后的查询信息,继续发出“某某地址附近的超市”的语音信息,无线耳机再次拾取到用户发出的语音信息后,对语音信息进行上述操作处理后,并将处理后的语音信息发送至云端服务器。云端服务器根据接收到的处理后的语音信息查询到对应的查询信息,并将该查询信息返回至无线耳机。无线耳机接收到该查询信息后,对该查询信息进行处理,并播放处理后的查询信息。
下面再以一个具体实施例对本发明提供的语音交互系统实现的语音交互操作进行说明。本发明实施例中,语音交互系统至少包括无线耳机和终端,其中,该终端为一智能手机。
本发明实施例中,无线耳机与智能手机建立蓝牙通信连接,利用无线耳机与该智能手机建立的蓝牙通信连接,将该智能手机搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息发送至无线耳机,无线耳机与待连接的WIFI信息对应的WIFI 建立连接。接着,用户发出“故宫旅游景点”的声音,无线耳机的麦克风拾取到用户发出的语音信息,并将拾取到的语音信息发送至模数转换处理模块。模数转换处理模块将接收到的语音细腻转换为数字信号信息,并将该数字信号信息通过WIFI发送至云端服务器。
云端服务器接收到来自无线耳机发送到数字信号信息,对该数字信号信息进行解析。然后,云端服务器根据解析得到的数字信号信息到数据库中查询到对应的查询信息,例如“北京故宫,位于北京中轴线的中心,是明清两个朝代二十四位皇帝的皇宫。故宫是世界现存最大、最完整的木质结构的古建筑群。”,并将该查询信息返回至无线耳机。
无线耳机通过WIFI接收到云端服务器返回的查询信息后,首先,将该查询信息经无线耳机的数模转换处理模块进行数模信号转换处理,然后,将数模转换处理后的查询信息经无线耳机的扬声器进行播放。
本发明可以是系统、方法和/或计算机程序产品。计算机程序产品可以包括计算机可读存储介质,其上载有用于使处理器实现本发明的各个方面的计算机可读程序指令。

  1. 一种利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;
    拾取用户发出的语音信息;
    对所述用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;
    将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过所述WIFI发送至一云端服务器;
    接收所述云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;
    将接收到的所述云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;
    播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接,包括:
    所述无线耳机与一终端建立蓝牙通信连接;
    利用所述无线耳机与所述终端建立的蓝牙通信连接,将所述终端搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息送至所述无线耳机;
    所述无线耳机与所述待连接的WIFI信息对应的WIFI建立连接。
  3. 一种无线耳机,其特征在于,包括:
    WIFI模块,用于将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;
    语音拾取模块,用于拾取用户发出的语音信息;
    模数转换处理模块,用于对所述用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;
    所述WIFI模块,还用于将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过所述WIFI发送至一云端服务器;
    所述WIFI模块,还用于接收所述云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;
    数模转换处理模块,用于将接收到的所述云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;
    播放语音模块,用于播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述无线耳机还包括:蓝牙模块,用于与一终端建立蓝牙通信连接,利用所述无线耳机与所 述终端建立的蓝牙通信连接,将所述终端搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息发送至所述无线耳机。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述语音拾取模块为麦克风。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述播放语音模块为扬声器。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6任一所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述模数转换处理模块和所述数模转换处理模块集成于同一转换器上。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7任一所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述模数转换处理模块、所述WIFI模块和所述数模转换处理模块集成于同一芯片上。
  9. 一种语音交互系统,其特征在于,包括无线耳机和云端服务器,其中,所述无线耳机包括:
    WIFI模块,用于将所述无线耳机与一WIFI建立连接;
    语音拾取模块,用于拾取用户发出的语音信息;
    模数转换处理模块,用于对所述用户发出的语音信息进行模数转换处理;
    所述WIFI模块,用于将模数转换处理后的语音信息通过所述WIFI发送至一云端服务器;
    所述WIFI模块,还用于接收所述云端服务器根据模数转换处理后的语音信息查询到的信息;
    数模转换处理模块,用于将接收到的所述云端服务器查询到的信息进行数模转换处理;
    播放语音模块,用于播放数模转换处理后的云端服务器查询到的信息;
    所述云端服务器用于根据接收到的模数转换处理后的语音信息查询相关信息,并将查询到的信息通过所述WIFI返回至所述无线耳机。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的语音交互系统,其特征在于,所述无线耳机还包括:蓝牙模块,用于与一终端建立蓝牙通信连接,利用所述无线耳机与所述终端建立的蓝牙通信连接,将所述终端搜索到的待连接的WIFI信息发送至所述无线耳机。
  11. 一种无线耳机,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述指令用于控制所述处理器执行所述权利要求1-2任一项所述的利用无线耳机实现语音交互的方法。
