Description
本发明涉及照明设备领域,尤其涉及一种角度可调的智能感应防水壁灯。
壁灯主要是设置在墙壁上灯具,目前市面上的壁灯大多是用于室内的壁灯,光线较为柔和昏暗,并且防水性能不理想。另外,由于结构的原因,壁灯的光线方向通常都是固定的,由于壁灯通常位于高处,使用者容易忘记灯具的关闭造成电能的浪费。
发明内容
为解决现有的技术问题,本发明提供了一种角度可调的智能感应防水壁灯。
本发明具体内容如下:一种角度可调的智能感应防水壁灯,包括第一主体、第二主体和第三主体,第二主体位于第一主体和第三主体之间,第一主体的上端和第二主体的上端通过旋转装置连接,第二主体和第三主体在一侧通过转轴相连,在另一侧通过卡扣相连;第一主体包括向外倾斜的第一倾斜部和从第一倾斜部底端向内倾斜的第二倾斜部,第二倾斜部从外向内分别连接有PC罩、防水硅胶条、反光罩和铝基板,铝基板上设有LED灯珠;第二主体上设有防水电源和电源线PG头;第二主体和第三主体的边缘连接处设有发泡硅胶条,第三主体为方形结构,第三主体设有接线盒孔和位于接线盒孔下方的固定片,接线盒孔包括突出于第三主体背部的接线盒边,接线盒边侧部设有PG头接口,PG头接口与PG头相连,接线盒孔顶端接有防水盖,固定片前方设有防水棉,第三主体的顶端设有光感头,第三主体的侧边设有NPT螺纹。
本发明的灯具为美式壁灯,定位片匹配美国标准,在安装时,将定位片设置在墙壁上的固定位置,接线盒孔与墙壁上的接线盒对接,快速方便地将整体灯具固定在墙面上。第一主体可以通过旋转装置在竖直方向上旋转,第二主体和第一主体可以通过转轴合页在水平方向翻转,方便灯具组装与拆卸。第三主体顶端设置光感头,可感知白天和黑夜状态,促使灯具在需要照明的使用环境切换开关,达到智能效果,获得更好的照明体验。反光罩采用纳米反光材料,使光效得到更大的额提升。
进一步的,旋转装置包括旋转按钮和内六角螺母,旋转按钮与第一主体上部设置的齿轮咬合,内六角螺母与第二主体上部设置的螺纹锁紧,旋转按钮与内六角螺母的尺寸相吻合。这样通过松紧内六角螺纹,第一主体即可旋转一定角度后固定,可以方便快捷地调整灯具的角度。
进一步的,所述PC罩内外均设有凸起的波纹状筋,PC罩内外的波纹状筋互相交叉。
如PC罩内部的波纹状筋是横向的,外部的波纹状筋是纵向的,内外波纹状筋交叉凸起设计,满足灯具光学配光,可增加光的有效使用面积,防止眩光。
进一步的,第一主体前端与顶部相接处设有散热孔。增加散热效果。
进一步的,第一主体的下端设有散热筋,相邻的散热筋的厚度都不相同。相邻散热筋的厚度都不相同,使散热筋具有高低落差,能够更好地使空气对流,快速带走灯具产生的热量。
进一步的,第三主体的边缘处设有硅胶条凹槽,发泡硅胶条位于硅胶条凹槽内,第二主体的边缘位于发泡硅胶条的凹陷中。第二主体和第三主体连接处设置发泡硅胶条,可以保证第二主体和第三主体间连接的紧密性,提高灯具的防水性能。
进一步的,所述防水盖上下两边设有防水盖孔,第三主体背部对应位置设有防水盖导柱。防水盖孔和防水盖导柱间可通过螺钉连接,可以保证防水盖不会脱落。
进一步的,防水盖边缘设有防水凹槽,接线盒边位于防水凹槽中,防水凹槽与接线盒边之间设有防水胶圈。采用防水胶圈可有效防止灯具的冷凝水及灯具外部环境中的水汽对等内部造成的损坏,并且使防水盖与接线盒连接紧密。
进一步的,防水胶圈未与防水盖接触的一边上设有胶圈槽,接线盒边位于胶圈槽中,防水胶圈与防水盖接触的三边的外表面上设有凸起。这样防水盖与接线盒边连接时防水胶圈三边的凸起将抵紧,可以保证防水盖与外界彻底隔离,有效地阻止水汽进入灯具中。
进一步的,第三主体底部设有微型水平仪。安装人员在固定灯具时可参考微型水平仪,保证灯具安装的水平。
本发明的有益效果:采用这样的结构后,可以智能感应白天黑夜,选择合适的光照模式,灯具结构美观大方,可水平、竖直方向旋转,方便使用,灯具的照明效果良好,无眩光,光使用率高。

结合图,本发明的一种角度可调的智能感应防水壁灯,包括第一主体1、第二主体2和第三主体3,第二主体2位于第一主体1和第三主体3之间,第一主体1的上端和第二主体2的上端通过旋转装置连接,第二主体2和第三主体3在一侧通过转轴相连,在另一侧通过卡扣相连;第一主体1包括向外倾斜的第一倾斜部11和从第一倾斜部11底端向内倾斜的第二倾斜部12,第二倾斜部12从外向内分别连接有PC罩5、防水硅胶条6、反光罩7和铝基板8,铝基板8上设有LED灯珠81;第二主体2上设有防水电源9和电源线PG头91;第二主体2和第三主体3的边缘连接处设有发泡硅胶条21,第三主体3为方形结构,第三主体3设有接线盒孔31和位于接线盒孔31下方的固定片32,接线盒孔31包括突出于第三主体3背部的接线盒边33,接线盒边33侧部设有PG头接口34,PG头接口34与PG头35相连,接线盒孔31顶端接有防水盖36,固定片32前方设有防水棉,第三主体3的顶端设有光感头37。第三主体3的侧边设有NPT螺纹。
本发明的灯具为美式壁灯,固定片32匹配美国标准,在安装时,将固定片32设置在墙壁上的固定位置,接线盒孔31与墙壁上的接线盒对接,快速方便地将整体灯具固定在墙面上。第一主体1可以通过旋转装置在竖直方向上旋转,第二主体2和第一主体1可以通过转轴合页在水平方向翻转,方便灯具组装与拆卸。第三主体3顶端设置光感头37,可感知白天和黑夜状态,促使灯具在需要照明的使用环境切换开关,达到智能效果,获得更好的照明体验。反光罩7采用纳米反光材料,使光效得到更大的额提升。
本实施例优选的,旋转装置包括旋转按钮41和内六角螺母42,旋转按钮41与第一主体1上部设置的齿轮咬合,内六角螺母42与第二主体2上部设置的螺纹锁紧,旋转按钮41与内六角螺母42的尺寸相吻合。这样通过松紧内六角螺纹,第一主体1即可旋转一定角度后固定,可以方便快捷地调整灯具的角度。
本实施例优选的,PC罩5内外均设有凸起的波纹状筋51,PC罩5内外的波纹状筋51互相交叉。如PC罩5内部的波纹状筋51是横向的,外部的波纹状筋51是纵向的,内外
波纹状筋51交叉凸起设计,满足灯具光学配光,可增加光的有效使用面积,防止眩光。
本实施例优选的,第一主体1前端与顶部相接处设有散热孔13。增加散热效果。
本实施例优选的,第一主体1的下端设有散热筋14,相邻的散热筋14的厚度都不相同。相邻散热筋14的厚度都不相同,使散热筋14具有高低落差,能够更好地使空气对流,快速带走灯具产生的热量。
本实施例优选的,第三主体3的边缘处设有硅胶条凹槽,发泡硅胶条21位于硅胶条凹槽内,第二主体2的边缘位于发泡硅胶条21的凹陷中。第二主体2和第三主体3连接处设置发泡硅胶条21,可以保证第二主体2和第三主体3间连接的紧密性,提高灯具的防水性能。
本实施例优选的,防水盖36上下两边设有防水盖孔,第三主体3背部对应位置设有防水盖导柱。防水盖孔和防水盖导柱间可通过螺钉连接,可以保证防水盖不会脱落。
本实施例优选的,防水盖36边缘设有防水凹槽,接线盒边33位于防水凹槽中,防水凹槽与接线盒边33之间设有防水胶圈39。采用防水胶圈39可有效防止灯具的冷凝水及灯具外部环境中的水汽对等内部造成的损坏,并且使防水盖36与接线盒连接紧密。
本实施例优选的,防水胶圈39未与防水盖36接触的一边上设有胶圈槽,接线盒边33位于胶圈槽中,防水胶圈39与防水盖36接触的三边的外表面上设有凸起。这样防水盖36与接线盒边33连接时防水胶圈39三边的凸起将抵紧,可以保证防水盖36与外界彻底隔离,有效地阻止水汽进入灯具中。
本实施例优选的,第三主体3底部设有微型水平仪38。安装人员在固定灯具时可参考微型水平仪38,保证灯具安装的水平。
