Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de médiation d'une transaction directe d'un produit étranger et un serveur de médiation le mettant en œuvre. Le procédé de médiation selon divers modes de réalisation de la présente invention est un procédé de médiation de transaction de produit mis en œuvre par un système informatique de façon à médier l'achat direct d'un produit étranger, et le procédé peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : (a) recevoir, en provenance d'un dispositif utilisateur, une demande de recherche pour un produit ; (b) collecter une ou plusieurs informations de ventes associées au produit par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau sur la base de la requête de recherché ; (c) permettre au dispositif utilisateur d'accéder à une page web correspondant aux informations de ventes sélectionnées par un utilisateur parmi les informations de ventes collectées ; (d) définir, en tant qu'informations d'index, au moins une partie d'informations publiées sur une page web et l'enregistrer dans le système informatique, lorsqu'une entrée pour demander un achat pratique est reçue en provenance du dispositif utilisateur ; et (e) fournir un service de telle sorte que l'achat du produit est effectué dans le système informatique lui-même.
