Description
本申请涉及一种支架,尤其涉及一种可拆卸支架和灯具。
目前市场上有很多产品都需要角度和方向的调节,例如灯具、相机、音箱,喷嘴、风扇等等。这些产品的支架一般需要有可调角度功能。尤其一些专业产品,它们的支架必须做到牢固,容易使用和外型简洁紧凑,尽量减少额外增加产品本身的体积。固定式支架通常牢固性较高,但是在安装和拆卸过程中需要使用专业工具,拆除后需保管好固定配件如螺丝和垫片等,以备稍后安装使用。因此,调节、安装和拆卸的过程都比较复杂。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供可拆卸支架无需使用工具即可完成快速拆装,能够有效提高安装和拆卸的效率。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种采用上述可拆装支架的灯具。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本申请提供一种可拆卸支架,包括第一滑臂、第二滑臂和固定架,所述固定架包括第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部分别与所述第一滑臂和所述第二滑臂铰接,所述第一滑臂上设置有第一连接部,所述第二滑臂上设置有第二连接部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部分别插入待装壳体上的两个滑槽中以保持固定,所述第一滑臂上还设置有沉孔,所述待装壳体上的弹簧螺栓卡入所述沉孔,以锁紧所述第一滑臂。
其中,所述第一滑臂和所述第二滑臂对称设置,所述第一滑臂包括自由端和固定端,所述固定端与所述第一端部铰接,所述第一滑臂的连接部靠近所述固定端的设置。
其中,所述固定端的宽度小于所述自由端的宽度。
其中,还包括摩擦片和压紧件,所述摩擦片固定于所述第一滑臂上,所述固定架上连接有所述压紧件,所述压紧件压紧所述摩擦片,以阻止所述第一滑
臂与所述固定架相对转动。
其中,所述固定架包括U形架和抵接杆,所述第一端部和所述第二端部形成于所述U形架上,所述抵接杆转动连接于所述U形架,所述抵接杆上设置有第一抵接件,所述U形架上设置有第二抵接件,所述第一抵接件与所述第二抵接件相抵接,以使得所述U形架和所述抵接杆相对静止。
其中,所述U形架上还设置有第三抵接件,所述第一抵接件与所述第三抵接件相抵接,以使得所述抵接杆所在的平面与所述U形架所在的平面重合。
其中,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的横截面呈T形或燕尾形。
本申请还提供一种灯具,包括待装壳体和上述任意一项所述的可拆卸支架,所述待装壳体上设置有两个滑槽和与所述沉孔对应的弹簧螺栓,所述第一滑臂和所述第二滑臂的连接部插入所述滑槽中以保持固定,所述弹簧螺栓卡入所述沉孔,以锁紧所述滑臂。
其中,还包括抵接弹簧,所述抵接弹簧抵接在所述滑槽内壁与所述第一滑臂之间,以使得所述第一滑臂贴附于所述滑槽内壁。
其中,所述第一连接臂和所述第二连接臂的长度为所述待装壳体深度的一半。
其中,所述第一滑臂和所述固定架的铰接点、所述第二滑臂和所述固定架的铰接点、所述待装壳体的形心共线。
本申请实施例具有如下优点或有益效果:
本申请中可拆卸支架中,通过将第一滑臂和第二滑臂插入待装壳体的插槽中,同时待装壳体的弹簧螺栓卡入在弹力作用下自动卡入所述沉孔即可完成可拆卸支架的安装过程;拆卸时,只需将将弹簧螺栓往回扳,使其退出所述沉孔,即完成拆卸过程。整个安装和拆卸过程无需使用工具即可完成快速拆装,能够有效提高安装和拆卸的效率。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请以下实施例中所采用的序数限定词,第一、第二等仅是为了清楚地说明本申请中相似的特征的区别性的用语,不代表相应的特征的排列顺序或者使用顺序。
本申请的可拆卸支架用于连接在灯具、感应器、吹风机、喷头、反光罩等需要调节安装角度和方向的产品上。通常将可拆卸支架安装在产品的壳体上,从而调节产品的安装角度和方向。
请结合参阅图1至图7。本申请的可拆卸支架100包括第一滑臂11、第二滑臂12和固定架13。所述固定架13包括第一端部131和第二端部132,所述第一滑臂11与所述第一端部131通过螺栓117铰接,第二滑臂12经过螺栓117铰接于所述第二端部132上。所述第一滑臂11上设置有沉孔112和第一连接部111,所述第二滑臂12上设置有第二连接部121。请结合参阅图5至图6,图5和图6为本申请实施例的可拆卸支架应用于灯具时的结构示意图。本申请实施例中,灯具500的待装壳体200上设置有两个滑槽201,所述两个滑槽201与第一滑臂11及第二滑臂12一一对应设置。所述第一连接部111和所述第二连接部121分别插入待装壳体200上的两个滑槽201中以保持固定。所述待装壳体200上还设置有与所述沉孔112对应的弹簧螺栓202。当所述第一滑臂11和所述第二滑臂12插入所述滑槽201,且到位时,所述弹簧螺栓202
会在弹力作用下卡入所述沉孔112,从而锁紧所述第一滑臂11,防止所述第一滑臂11、第二滑臂12在对应的滑槽201中滑动。可以理解的是,当需要拆卸所述可拆卸支架100时,只需要将待装壳体200上的弹簧螺栓202往回扳,使其退出所述沉孔112,即完成拆卸过程。
本申请中可拆卸支架100中,通过将第一滑臂11和第二滑臂12插入待装壳体200的插槽中,同时待装壳体200的弹簧螺栓202卡入在弹力作用下自动卡入所述沉孔112即可完成可拆卸支架100的安装过程;拆卸时,只需将将弹簧螺栓202往回扳,使其退出所述沉孔112,即完成拆卸过程。整个安装和拆卸过程无需使用工具即可完成快速拆装,能够有效提高安装和拆卸的效率。
本申请一种可能的实现方式中,所述第一滑臂11和所述第二滑臂12结构可以相同,所述第一滑臂11和所述第二滑臂12对称设置。此时,两个滑槽201中各设置有弹簧螺栓202。具体的,请参阅图3。.所述第一滑臂11大致呈长条形。所述第一滑臂11包括自由端113和固定端114。所述固定端114与所述第一端部131铰接。所述第一连接部111设置在所述第一滑臂11上靠近所述固定端114的位置。所述沉孔112靠近所述自由端113设置。也就是说,所述第一滑臂11由所述固定端114插入所述滑槽201中。这样设置的目的在于,使得所述第一滑臂11和所述固定架13的铰接点、所述第二滑臂12和所述固定架13的铰接点靠近待装壳体200的形心,使得待装壳体200的转动更加灵活,安装更加稳定。
优选的,所述第一滑臂11及所述第二滑臂12的长度L约为待装壳体200深度H的一半。通常而言形心一般在接近产品外壳的中心。这样设置的目的在于,使得所述第一滑臂11和所述固定架13的铰接点、所述第二滑臂12和所述固定架13的铰接点、所述待装壳体200的形心共线。可以理解的是,所述第一滑臂11和所述固定架13的铰接点与所述第二滑臂12和所述固定架13的铰接点形成所述可拆卸支架100的转轴。也就是说,可拆卸支架100的转轴通过产品的形心,使得产品能灵活转动。另一方面,这样设置可以避免因碰撞或意外旋转造成支架松脱产品掉下。
进一步具体的,请结合参阅图3。所述第一滑臂11的宽度由所述自由端113向所述固定端114递减。这里所述的宽度指的是垂直于长度L方向的长度。即所述固定端114的宽度小于所述自由端113的宽度。这样设置的目的在于,
便于将第一滑臂11插入所述待装壳体200的滑槽201中。进一步具体的,所述连接部的横截面大致呈T型或燕尾形。
优选的,所述第一滑臂11及所述第二滑臂12的尺寸略小于所述滑槽201的尺寸。这样设置的目的在于,滑臂与滑槽201之间留有足够的空间保证滑臂进出顺畅,即使滑槽201带有少量灰尘或其他异物也不会影响使用。进一步优选的,所述第一滑臂11还设置有抵接弹簧203。所述抵接弹簧203设置于所述滑臂11靠近固定端114的位置。抵接弹簧203抵接在所述滑槽201内壁与所述第一滑臂11之间,以使得所述第一滑臂11贴附于所述滑槽201内壁。当第一滑臂11和第二滑臂12插入滑槽201后,第一滑臂的抵接弹簧203会把第一滑臂11和第二滑臂12卡紧在滑槽201内壁,避免第一滑臂11和第二滑臂12在滑槽201内松动作响。可以理解的是,本发明的其他实施方式中,抵接弹簧203还可以设置于所述滑槽201内壁。
进一步优选的,所述抵接弹簧203抵接在所述滑槽201内壁与所述第一滑臂11之间所述第一滑臂11具有使得第一滑臂11具有向滑槽201外滑动的趋势。这样设置的作用在于,当需要拆卸可拆卸支架100时,只需扳回弹簧螺栓202,第一滑臂11带动其上的沉孔112自动弹出越过所述弹簧螺栓202,第一滑臂11和第二滑臂12能轻松拉出滑槽201完成拆卸。此外,将所述抵接弹簧203设置于所述滑臂11连接部111靠近固定端114的位置而不是直接设置于端部能避免增加滑槽201长度,保持产品外形的紧凑。需要说明的是,在本申请的其他实施方式中,所述第一滑臂11和所述第二滑臂12的结构也可以不相同。例如,所述第二滑臂12上可以不必设置沉孔112,同样能够达到固定可拆装支架的效果。
本申请一种可能的实施方式中,所述固定架13包括U形架130和抵接杆133。可以理解的是,所述第一端部131和所述第二端部132形成于所述U形架130上。所述抵接杆133与所述U形架130通过螺栓(未编号)转动连接。所述抵接杆133上设置有第一抵接件135,所述U形架130上设置有第二抵接件136,所述第一抵接件135与所述第二抵接件136相抵接,以使得所述U形架130和所述抵接杆133相对静止。本申请一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一抵接件135可以为定位销,所述第二抵接件136相应的为卡口,所述定位销抵接于所述卡口中,以阻止所述U形架130与所述抵接杆133相互转动。可以
理解的是,通过调整所述定位销及所述卡口在抵接杆133及U形架130上的位置,可以调整待装壳体200的安装角度。
进一步的,请结合参阅图4。所述U形架130上还设置有第三抵接件137。所述第三抵接件137也可以为卡口。所述第一抵接件135与所述第三抵接件137相抵接,以使得所述抵接杆133所在的平面与所述U形架130所在的平面重合。这样设置的好处在于,在不需要使用所述抵接杆133时,通过将抵接杆133收起与所述U形架130重合,能方便运输包装、徒手携带及在悬挂U形架130时节省空间和美观。
优选的,为了加强U形架130和支撑杆的刚性,可以在U形架130和支撑杆上设置加强槽或加强筋。
本申请一种可能的实现方式中,所述可拆卸支架100还包括摩擦片115和压紧件116。所述摩擦片115通过螺钉与所述第一滑臂11固定连接。所述摩擦片115介于所述第一滑臂11和所述U形架130支架之间。所述U形架130上连接有所述压紧件116。所述压紧件116包括压紧螺栓1162和旋钮1161,所述压紧螺栓1162穿过所述U形架130并与所述旋钮1161连接。所述压紧螺栓1162与所述摩擦片115相抵接。通过旋紧所述旋钮1161,使得所述压紧螺栓1162压紧所述摩擦片115,以阻止所述第一滑臂11与所述固定架13相对转动。松开所述旋钮后,所述待装壳体200可以在外力作用下带动所述第一滑臂11与所述U形架130相对转动,进而调整待装壳体200的安装角度。
请结合参阅图5和图6。本申请还提供一种灯具500,所述灯具包括待装壳体200和上述任意一种实施方式的可拆卸支架100。待装壳体200及可拆卸支架的机构100及二者的连接关系上文已有说明,此处不再赘述。

- 一种可拆卸支架,其特征在于,包括第一滑臂、第二滑臂和固定架,所述固定架包括第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部分别与所述第一滑臂和所述第二滑臂铰接,所述第一滑臂上设置有第一连接部,所述第二滑臂上设置有第二连接部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部分别插入待装壳体上的两个滑槽中以保持固定,所述第一滑臂上还设置有沉孔,所述待装壳体上的弹簧螺栓卡入所述沉孔,以锁紧所述第一滑臂。
- 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸支架,其特征在于,所述第一滑臂和所述第二滑臂对称设置,所述第一滑臂包括自由端和固定端,所述固定端与所述第一端部铰接,所述第一滑臂的连接部靠近所述固定端的设置。
- 如权利要求2所述的可拆卸支架,其特征在于,所述固定端的宽度小于所述自由端的宽度。
- 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸支架,其特征在于,还包括摩擦片和压紧件,所述摩擦片固定于所述第一滑臂上,所述固定架上连接有所述压紧件,所述压紧件压紧所述摩擦片,以阻止所述第一滑臂与所述固定架相对转动。
- 如权利要求1所述的可拆卸支架,其特征在于,所述固定架包括U形架和抵接杆,所述第一端部和所述第二端部形成于所述U形架上,所述抵接杆转动连接于所述U形架,所述抵接杆上设置有第一抵接件,所述U形架上设置有第二抵接件,所述第一抵接件与所述第二抵接件相抵接,以使得所述U形架和所述抵接杆相对静止。
- 如权利要求5所述的可拆卸支架,其特征在于,所述U形架上还设置有第三抵接件,所述第一抵接件与所述第三抵接件相抵接,以使得所述抵接杆所在的平面与所述U形架所在的平面重合。
- 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括待装壳体和如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的可拆卸支架,所述待装壳体上设置有两个滑槽和与所述沉孔对应的弹簧螺栓,所述第一滑臂和所述第二滑臂的连接部插入所述滑槽中以保持固定,所述弹簧螺栓卡入所述沉孔,以锁紧所述滑臂。
- 如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括抵接弹簧,所述抵接弹簧抵接在所述滑槽内壁与所述第一滑臂之间,以使得所述第一滑臂贴附于所述滑槽内壁。
- 如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一连接臂和所述第二连接臂的长度为所述待装壳体深度的一半。
