For example, when the operation reception unit 125 receives confirmation from the user terminal 2 that the contents of the file have been confirmed, the tag update unit 126 associates and stores a confirmed tag indicating that the file has been confirmed. You may make it make it. Then, the display control unit 123 may display the file name and the confirmed tag on the user terminal 2.
- the file management apparatus 1 As described above, the file management apparatus 1 according to the second embodiment generates a history tag in response to a user operation, and displays the generated tag on the display screen. For example, when the file management apparatus 1 receives a display screen display request from another user terminal 2, the file management apparatus 1 displays the display screen on the user terminal 2 based on the already transmitted transmission tag and the transmission destination user tag. By doing in this way, each user of a plurality of user terminals 2 confirms the existence or non-existence of file transmission (download) and the user who has received the file without confirming with other users who have acquired the file. Can do.
- the file management apparatus 1 generates a tag based on text information extracted by performing OCR analysis. However, if the resolution of the file is small, the tag generation unit 121 generates accurate text information from the file. It may not be recognized. Therefore, the file management apparatus 1 according to the third embodiment specifies a file similar to the newly acquired file among the files stored in the file storage unit 111, and uses the tag associated with the specified file. Based on this, a tag for the newly acquired file is generated.
- the tag update unit 126 stores the file and the tag change history in the file storage unit 111 in association with each other. For example, when updating a tag associated with a file, the tag update unit 126 stores, in the file storage unit 111, change history information that associates the file name, the tag before the update, and the number of tag changes. Let The tag update unit 126 increases the number of tag changes each time a tag of a file having the same file name is updated, associates the file name with the tag before update, and stores the file storage unit as change history information. 111 is stored.
- FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing the flow of processing until the file management apparatus 1 according to the third embodiment registers a file.
- the processing from S10 to S30 shown in FIG. 10 is the same as the processing from S10 to S30 in FIG.
- the tag generation unit 121 identifies a file similar to the newly acquired file among the files stored in the file storage unit 111, and newly acquires the file based on the change history associated with the specified file. Generate one or more tags to be attached to the file.
- the tag generation unit 121 determines whether there is a file similar to the acquired file (S31). For example, the tag generation unit 121 refers to the change history information stored in the file storage unit 111 and identifies a file associated with the same tag as the generated tag. At this time, the tag generator 121 identifies a similar file based on the oldest change history. The file similarity condition may be that the tags match completely or that the tags partially match. If the tag generation unit 121 determines that there is a similar file, it moves the process to S32. On the other hand, when the tag generation unit 121 determines that there is no similar file, the file registration unit 122 registers the tag generated in S30 without changing the generated tag (S40).
- the tag generation unit 121 acquires the latest tag corresponding to a similar file from the file storage unit 111, and changes the tag generated for the acquired file to the acquired tag.
- the file management apparatus 1 identifies a similar file that is already stored in the file storage unit 111 based on the generated tag, and updates the latest file with the generated tag. Change to tag. In this way, the file management apparatus 1 can correct information that cannot be recognized by the OCR or information that has an error in the recognition result, and can increase the accuracy of the generated tag. Thereby, the effort which a user inputs a tag can be simplified.
- the file management device 1 is configured to include the file storage unit 111, but the configuration is not limited thereto.
- the file storage unit 111 may be configured as an external device.
- the file storage unit 111 stores a file, but the present invention is not limited to this.
