Abstract

The present invention relates to a sterilizing apparatus using a UV LED module and, more particularly, to an apparatus for sterilizing a fluid flowing through piping by using a UV LED module. An apparatus for sterilizing a fluid according to an embodiment of the present application comprises: piping through which a fluid flows; and at least one UV LED module installed to irradiate ultraviolet rays toward the inside of the piping, wherein the at least one UV LED module is arranged to irradiate the ultraviolet rays in a direction in which the fluid flows in the piping or in a direction opposite to the direction in which the fluid flows in the piping. The apparatus for sterilizing a fluid according to the present application can effectively sterilize bacteria contained in the fluid by increasing the ultraviolet exposure time of the fluid flowing in the piping.
