Abstract
Es wird ein strahlungsemittierendes optoelektronisches Bauelement (1) angegeben. Das Bauelement (1) umfasst einen Halbleiterchip (2) oder einen Halbleiterlaser, der im Betrieb des Bauelements eine Primärstrahlung im UV-Bereich oder im blauen Bereich des elektromagnetischen Spektrums emittiert und ein Konversionselement (3) umfassend - einen ersten Leuchtstoff, der dazu eingerichtet ist die Primärstrahlung zumindest teilweise in eine erste Sekundärstrahlung mit einer Peakwellenlänge im grünen Bereich des elektromagnetischen Spektrums zwischen einschließlich 475 nm bis einschließlich 500 nm zu konvertieren und wobei der erste Leuchtstoff aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die BaSi4Al3N9, SrSiAl2O3N2, BaSi2N2O2, ALi3XO4, M*(1-x*-y*-z*)Z*z*[A*a*B*b*C*c*D*d*E*e*N4-n*On*] und Kombinationen daraus umfasst.
