Miconazole, which is an azole antifungal agent, is widely used as an antifungal component for pharmaceuticals, quasi drugs and the like.
An antimicrobial cellulose sheet for paper towels containing a lotion composition that can contain miconazole as an antibacterial agent has also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, a wiping sheet in which an aqueous solution containing miconazole as an antifungal component is supported on a base fabric is not disclosed.
When the present inventors made an aqueous solution containing an antifungal component containing miconazole on a base fabric composed of a fiber material to form a sheet, miconazole was adsorbed on the base fabric and hardly eluted from the base fabric. As a result, it has been found that there is a problem that sufficient antifungal activity cannot be exhibited.
It has been found that the above problem can be solved by adding a nonionic surfactant to an aqueous solution containing an antifungal component containing miconazole. On the other hand, when the amount of the nonionic surfactant is increased, stickiness is increased. A new problem has arisen in that the feeling of use deteriorates and the cost increases. In cosmetics and the like that require palatability, it is necessary to minimize stickiness and improve the feeling of use.
Therefore, the present invention can solve the above-described problem, that is, a sheet obtained by supporting an aqueous solution containing miconazole on a base fabric composed of a fiber material, and having a low nonionic surfactant content. However, an object of the present invention is to provide a sheet that can suppress the adsorption of miconazole to the base fabric and has an excellent feeling of use.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have obtained an aqueous solution containing miconazole and a nonionic surfactant from specific amounts of isopropylmethylphenol, triclosan, salicylic acid, methylparaben, ethylparaben and propylparaben. It was found that by adding at least one phenol selected from the group consisting of, the adsorption of miconazole to the base fabric was kept low even with a low amount of nonionic surfactant, and the present invention was completed. It was.

Preferred antiseptic solutions that can be used in the present invention include antifungal components containing miconazole, polyoxyethylene (60) hydrogenated castor oil as a nonionic surfactant, and antiseptic solutions containing isopropylmethylphenol as phenols, If the pH of the disinfectant is adjusted to 6 to 8, the adsorption of miconazole to the base fabric can be lowered, for example, the adsorption rate of miconazole can be suppressed to 20% or less.
Further, the antiseptic solution that can be used in the present invention is at least one selected from the group consisting of an antifungal component containing miconazole, a nonionic surfactant, isopropylmethylphenol, triclosan, salicylic acid, methylparaben, ethylparaben, and propylparaben. In the case of containing the above phenols and amino acids, if the pH of the disinfectant is adjusted to 4 to 9, the adsorption of miconazole to the base fabric can be lowered, for example, the adsorption rate of miconazole can be suppressed to 30% or less. Moreover, it is preferable to suppress the adsorption rate of miconazole to 20% or less, and it is further preferable to suppress the adsorption rate of miconazole to 10% or less.
Another fungicidal solution that can be used in the present invention is an antifungal component containing miconazole, polyoxyethylene (60) hydrogenated castor oil as a nonionic surfactant, isopropylmethylphenol as a phenol, and arginine as an amino acid. If the pH of the disinfectant is adjusted to 5 to 9, preferably 5 to 6, the adsorption of miconazole to the base fabric can be lowered, for example, the adsorption rate of miconazole can be suppressed to 20% or less. . Adjusting the pH to 5 to 6 is also preferable from the viewpoint of suppressing irritation to the skin.

Test Example 1: Effect of blending amount of nonionic surfactant A sterilizing / disinfecting solution was prepared with the blending amounts shown in Table 1, and the nonwoven fabric (cotton 100%) had a mass 3.5 times the mass of the nonwoven fabric. Sheets of Formulation Examples 1 to 6 were manufactured by impregnation with a sterilizing and disinfecting solution. After impregnating the base fabric with a sterilizing and disinfecting solution and storing it in a closed system for at least 12 hours so as not to dry, the sterilizing and disinfecting solution was squeezed out from the base fabric, and miconazole in the solution was quantified. The determination of miconazole was performed by a conventional method using liquid chromatography.
The adsorption rate (%) of miconazole in each sheet was measured.
In addition, the adsorption rate (%) of miconazole is a value calculated by the following calculation formula.
Adsorption rate (%) = 100− (total amount of miconazole contained in the squeezed liquid (quantitative value) / total amount of miconazole contained in the liquid impregnated in the sheet (quantitative value) × 100)
Moreover, the antibacterial action and antifungal action of the bactericidal disinfectant were evaluated by a minimum inhibitory concentration test (MCI).
The results are summarized in Table 1.
In addition, the quantity of each component in a table | surface represents the mass% based on the total mass of a disinfection liquid.
Further, it was confirmed by the MIC method that the sterilized antiseptic solution extracted had antifungal and antibacterial activities.
The results are summarized in Table 2.
Test Example 3: Effect of blending with phenols, etc. As a phenol, a sterilizing and disinfecting solution having the same blending ratio as Formulation Example 10 except that 0.1% by mass of isopropylmethylphenol, triclosan, salicylic acid, methylparaben or propylparaben is blended. The sheets of Formulation Example 12 to Formulation Example 16 were produced, and the adsorption rate (%) of miconazole was measured and compared with the sheet of Formulation Example 10. Moreover, the sheet | seat of the mixing example 17 which mix | blended 30 mass% of ethanol was manufactured, and the adsorption rate (%) of miconazole was measured (the measuring method is the same as the test example 1).
The results are shown in Table 3.
In addition, it was found that by adding ethanol, the adsorption rate (%) of miconazole at pH = 7 can be lowered even with a small amount of the nonionic surfactant.

(Measurement method is the same as Test Example 1)
The results are summarized in Table 4.
On the other hand, at pH 5, it was suggested that even if a nonionic surfactant and a phenol are combined, the adsorption of miconazole on the base fabric is not sufficiently suppressed.
