- the joining of the 2nd surface of a top part and a packaging member in this indication can ensure both joining stably, it may be performed in the whole or partial form.
- arbitrary methods such as a hot-melt-adhesive agent, may be used for joining.
- the top portion 17 has an inclined portion 31 whose height increases toward the outside so as to extend from the outer edge of the flat surface 15 at the outer peripheral portion thereof.
- the user places the top portion 17 (that is, the flat surface 15) in the portion other than the second opening portion 13 in the thickness direction T (that is, in the direction of the arrow F).
- the inclined portion 31 is inclined in the direction of the arrow M1 so as to be inclined further inward, and the height of the top portion 17 is easily lowered in the thickness direction T (arrow M2).
- the package 1 has a distance between the top surface of the content 3 (more specifically, the top surface 27 of the uppermost layer of the liquid-impregnated sheet laminate) and the top portion 17 and the remaining amount of the content 3. Even when the amount is reduced, the first opening 7 makes it easy to take out the contents 3 and the top 17 is easy to keep horizontal.
- the angle formed by the inclined portion in the present disclosure and the flat surface of the top portion extending in the plane direction is preferably 105 to 150 °, more preferably 120 to 135 ° when the top portion is pressed in the thickness direction. . This is from the viewpoint of making it easier to achieve the above-described effects. Moreover, it is preferable that the inclination part in this indication is substantially flat.
- the portion 31H having the highest height in the inclined portion 31 is connected to the upper end 19 of the wall portion 25. That is, the flat surface 15 of the top portion 17 and the wall portion 25 are connected via the portion 31 ⁇ / b> H having the highest height in the inclined portion 31 and the upper end 19 of the wall portion 25.
- the inclined portion 31 becomes steeper than the case where the inclined portion 31 does not have the above configuration.
- the inclination (in the direction of the arrow M1 in FIG. 6) and the height of the top portion 17 are more likely to be lowered in the thickness direction T.
- the distance between the highest portion of the inclined portion in the present disclosure and the outer edge of the flat surface is preferably 3 to 20 mm, more preferably 5 to 10 mm. is there.
- the wall portion 25 forms four side surfaces of the support body 5 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape.
- the height of the wall portion in the present disclosure (that is, the height from the surface on which the support is placed to the upper end of the wall portion) can be appropriately changed according to the height of the contents, but is preferably 10 to 50 mm. More preferably, it is 15 mm to 40 mm.
- the height of the wall portion in the present disclosure is preferably lower than the height of the contents.
- the height of the wall portion is related to the height of the content, such a relationship makes it easy for the top surface of the content and the top of the support to be close to each other even when the remaining amount of the content decreases. It is easy to take out the contents through the first opening.
- the lower end of the support body may be separated from the mounting surface of the packaging body. Since the flat surface at the top of the body is easy to keep horizontal, in the package of the present disclosure, it is difficult for the contents to be easily taken out from the first opening and the sealing performance to be impaired.
- the wall portion 25 is provided with a reinforcing portion 21 that extends outward from the wall portion 25 at the lower end 23 thereof.
- the reinforcing portion 21 has a shape as if the lower end 23 of the wall portion 25 is folded outward.
- the reinforcing portion in the present disclosure may be provided substantially in parallel with the planar direction, that is, along the mounting surface of the support, or may form a certain angle with the mounting surface of the support. May be provided.
- the reinforcing portion in the present disclosure may be provided in the entire region of the lower end of the wall portion constituting the side surface of the four surfaces of the support when the support has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape lacking the bottom surface, or It may be provided only at a part of the lower end. Furthermore, in the case where the reinforcing portion is provided only at a part of the lower end, from the viewpoint of ensuring that the support is not easily crushed in the thickness direction, the lower end of the wall portion constituting the two opposing surfaces of the support is provided. It is preferable that a reinforcing part is provided.
- the reinforcing portion in the present disclosure does not have the above substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, for example, in the case of having an arbitrary shape such as a cylindrical shape, from the viewpoint of ensuring the difficulty of collapsing in the thickness direction of the support body, It is preferably provided in a portion of 30 to 100%, more preferably 40 to 100%, and still more preferably 60 to 100% with respect to the periphery of the outer surface of the wall portion.
- the lower end of the wall portion does not extend to the inside of the wall portion, that is, the reinforcing portion is not provided on the inside of the support. Since the lower end of the wall portion does not extend inside the wall portion, it is difficult for the contents and the lower end of the wall portion to come into contact with each other. It is hard to do.
- the wall portion 25 is configured to be inclined so that the lower end 23 is located outside the upper end 19 in the plane direction P.
- the wall portion 25 has the above-described configuration
- the support 5 is in the thickness direction T. Therefore, even when the content 3 is consumed and the remaining amount of the content 3 is reduced, it is easy to keep the flat surface 15 at the top 17 of the support 5 stably and horizontally.
- the packaging body 1 is easy to take out the contents 3 by the 1st opening part 7, and it is hard to impair sealing performance.
- ordinal numbers such as “first” and “second” are for distinguishing items to which the ordinal numbers are attached, and mean the order, priority, importance, etc. of each item. It is not a thing.
