Abstract
Description
本発明に係る容器の注出用スパウト10は、ノズル43を有する注出ユニット40を備えた包装容器30に補充する内容物が収容された詰め替え容器1に用いられる。注出用スパウト10は、内容物を通すための流路10bが内側に形成された筒状注出部11と、筒状注出部11が延びる方向Lの一端A側が容器に取り付けられる被取り付け部15とを有するスパウト本体10Aを備えている。筒状注出部11には、流路10bの内壁から中心側に向けて突出するガイドが筒状注出部11の延びる方向Lに一致して延び、ガイドがノズル43を筒状注出部11が延びる方向Lに案内する。
本発明に係る注出用スパウト10が用いられる詰め替え容器1は、詰め替え容器1とは別に使用される包装容器30に内容物を補充するために用いられる。詰め替え容器1の形態や種類は特に限定されない。図1には、詰め替え容器の一例としてのスタンディングパウチを示している。この詰め替え容器1は、対向する一対の平面部2と、詰め替え容器1の底部を閉じている底面部3と、本発明に係る注出用スパウト10と、を有している。
注出用スパウト10は、図2及び図3に示すように、筒状注出部11と被取り付け部15とを備えている。筒状注出部11は円筒をなしている。被取り付け部15は、この注出用スパウト10が用いられる容器である詰め替え容器1に取り付けられる部位であって、筒状注出部11が延びる方向Lの一端A側に設けられている。筒状注出部11は、注出用スパウト10が用いられる詰め替え容器1の内容物を詰め替え容器1から注出するときに使用される部位である。筒状注出部11は、内部が空洞になっており、筒状注出部11の延びる方向Lの両端が円形に開かれている。すなわち、筒状注出部11の内部は、流路10bが形成されている。そのため、筒状注出部11は、詰め替え容器1の内側と外側とを連通させることができるように構成されている。
筒状注出部11の内側に形成された流路10bの内壁には、ガイド50が形成されている。ガイド50は、包装容器30の注出ユニット40を構成するノズル43を筒状注出部11の先端から奥に向けて案内する。ガイド50は、流路10bの内壁から中心又は中心側に向けて突出しており、筒状注出部11の先端の位置から奥側に向かって、筒状注出部11が延びる方向Lと同一の方向に延びるようにして形成されている。ガイド50の断面の形状は、ノズル43を案内することができる形状であれば特に限定されない。図2(A)及び図3(A)に示した例では、流路10bの内壁から中心側に直線状に延びる側面部と、流路10bの径方向の中心側に位置し、円弧状をなす先端部とにより構成されている。
閉鎖部材20は、注出用スパウト10の流路10bを閉鎖するための構成要素であり、スパウト本体10Aとは別体として構成されている。この閉鎖部材20は、円盤状をなしている。閉鎖部材20は、筒状注出部11が延びる方向Lの一端A側、すなわち、被取り付け部15側で注出用スパウト10の流路10bの内側にはめ込まれることにより、注出用スパウト10の流路10bを閉鎖する。一方、注出用スパウト10の流路10bを閉鎖している閉鎖部材20は、筒状注出部11が延びる方向Lの一端A側とは逆側の他端B側から加えられる外力によって筒状注出部11の内周面から取り外されるように構成されている。そのため、閉鎖部材20の直径は、注出用スパウト10の流路10bの内径と同じか又は若干小さく形成されている。
注出用スパウト10は、種々の製造方法によって製造することができる。ただし、製造効率、製造コスト、品質を考慮した場合、樹脂を射出成形することによって、スパウト本体10A、閉鎖部材20及び連結部材21を一体に成型することが望ましい。樹脂を射出成形する製造方法は、スパウト本体10A、閉鎖部材20及び連結部材21を同一の材料で一体に成型することができるため、製造効率を高くすることができると共に、製造コストを低廉に抑えることができる。また、金型を一旦製造することにより、同一品質の製品を繰り返し製造することができる。
包装容器30は、詰め替え容器1に収容された内容物が補充されて使用される容器である。包装容器30は、例えば樹脂等で構成される。図4は、包装容器30の一例を示している。図4に示した包装容器30は、取っ手32が設けられた容器本体31と、容器本体31に収容された内容物を注出するための注出ユニット40とにより構成されている。この包装容器30は、詰め替え容器1から移された内容物を必要なときに必要な量だけ包装容器30から取り出して用いられる。
包装容器30の注出ユニット40は、本体部41と本体部41を開閉するためのキャップ49とにより構成されている。本体部41は、図5に示すように、包装容器から内容物を注出するためのノズル43と、ノズル43の外周を囲む周壁面42とを有している。ノズル43と周壁面42とは、ノズル43の根元で接続されている。周壁面42は、筒状をなしている。周壁面42の内側は空洞になっている。
以上に説明した包装容器30の注出ユニット40と、詰め替え容器1の注出用スパウト10とは、次のように連結される。すなわち、注出用スパウト10の筒状注出部11に形成されたガイド50が注出ユニット40のノズル43に形成された第1スリット61の間にはめ込まれて連結される。そして、筒状注出部11がノズル43の延びる方向に案内される。この連結構造の詳細については、以下において詳細に説明する。
図6を参照し、詰め替え容器1に収容されている内容物を包装容器30に補充する手順と、本実施形態の注出ユニット40及び注出用スパウト10の作用について説明する。なお、図6は、注出用スパウト10の作用をわかりやすくするために、詰め替え容器1及び包装容器30の容器本体31については、図示していない。ただし、注出用スパウト10は、図1に示した、詰め替え容器である詰め替え容器1に取り付けられ、注出ユニット40は、図4に示した包装容器30に設けられている。

- ノズルを有する注出ユニットを備えた包装容器に補充する内容物が収容された詰め替え容器に用いられ、前記内容物を通すための流路が内側に形成された筒状注出部と、該筒状注出部が延びる方向の一端側が容器に取り付けられる被取り付け部とを有するスパウト本体を備えた注出用スパウトであって、
前記筒状注出部には、前記流路の内壁から中心側に向けて突出するガイドが当該筒状注出部の延びる方向に一致して延び、
前記ガイドは、前記ノズルが延びる方向に前記筒状注出部を案内することを特徴とする注出用スパウト。 - 前記ガイドの幅は、前記ノズルに形成されたスリットの幅に対応する寸法に形成されている、請求項1に記載の注出用スパウト。
- 前記流路を前記一端側で閉じるための閉鎖部材が設けられ、該閉鎖部材は、前記スパウト本体とは別体として構成され、
前記閉鎖部材は、前記筒状注出部が延びる方向の前記一端側とは逆側の他端側から加えられる外力によって該筒状注出部の内周面から取り外される形態で該筒状注出部の前記一端側の内周面にはめ込まれている、請求項1に記載の注出用スパウト。 - 前記閉鎖部材は、前記スパウト本体に連結部材によってつながれている、請求項1に記載の容器の注出用スパウト。
- 包装容器から内容物を注出するためのノズルと、該ノズルの外周を囲む周壁面とを有し、前記ノズルと前記周壁面とが前記ノズルの根元で接続された注出ユニットと、
前記包装容器に補充する内容物が収容された詰め替え容器に用いられ、前記内容物を通すための流路が内側に形成された筒状注出部と、該筒状注出部が延びる方向の一端側が容器に取り付けられる被取り付け部とを有するスパウト本体を備えた注出用スパウトと、の連結構造であって、
前記注出ユニットには、前記ノズルを構成する周壁の周方向の一部が欠損されてなり、当該ノズルが延びる方向に形成された第1スリットが形成され、
前記筒状注出部には、前記流路の内壁から中心側に向けて突出するガイドが当該筒状注出部の延びる方向に一致して延び、
前記ノズルの前記第1スリットの内側に前記ガイドをはめ込ませて、前記ノズルが延びる方向に前記筒状注出部を案内する、ことを特徴とする注出ユニットと注出用スパウトとの連結構造。 - 前記注出ユニットには、前記ノズルの根元で、当該ノズルから径方向の外側に延びる第2スリットが形成され、
