Description
EMERGENCY AID SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION
Technical Field
The invention relates to an emergency aid system, which enables the relevant position information to be shared with the emergency service line when the calls are made to the emergency services in cases of occurrence of numerous incidents such as traffic accidents, occupational accidents and home accidents.
State of the Art
Today, it has been made much easier to respond to the emergencies owing to the technologies developed. Every passing second is of paramount importance for an accident victim in the accidents and especially in the circumstances that put the lives of the persons in danger. In case of occurrence of any accident, the persons present at the accident scene should call the emergency services. In case the information about the status and address of the incident is provided to the responsible operator on the emergency line, the provided information is transferred to the emergency operations station. In this manner, the data reach at the ambulance staff wherein the ambulance staff is enabled to arrive on the indicated location and perform the intervention. However, the disorder, numerous shocks or panic attacks taking place at the scene at the instant of the incident, considering their influence on the persons, cause a delay to occur in sharing the position information. This constitutes an issue of vital importance for the accident victims. The abstract of the application no. "2012/09237", which was found as a result of the technical searches, is indicated as follows: "When an incident that requires emergency aid for a vehicle or for any of the passengers inside the vehicle occurs, the audible/written notification of the situation is automatically made to the security and emergency aid units by means of an emergency button positioned into the vehicle. The contents of said notification include the vehicle information and vehicle position. In case the vehicle has had an accident and in case the passengers on the vehicle involved in the accident are in a state unable to perform an accident notification, the sensors and a smart module mounted on the vehicle detect that the vehicle has had an accident and perform the automatic audible/written notification of the information about the vehicle and the accident scene to the security and emergency aid units. The contents of said notification include the vehicle information and vehicle position." Said invention relates to an emergency system developed for public transport. The required notification is not able to be made in case the accidents occur in houses, offices or private cars.

Object of the Invention
The present invention relates to an emergency aid system, which meets the aforesaid requirements, eliminates all the disadvantages and provides some additional advantages.
The primary object of the emergency aid system according to the invention is to save lives by providing the first aid in the most rapid manner for the accident victims.
Another object of the invention is to save time for the response team owing to the notification of the accident scene information directly in the form of position information.
Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to an emergency aid system, which enables the relevant position information to be shared with the emergency service line when the calls are made to the emergency services in cases of occurrence of numerous incidents such as traffic accidents, occupational accidents and home accidents. Regarding the position information, said system has direct satellite connection and allows the information from the GSM operators and the GPS information to be shared. Said system is included in the vehicles of the emergency service units such as ambulance, police and fire brigade and enables the staff of such vehicles to directly arrive on the accident scene.
In case the emergency service lines are called to seek aid for the accident victims in the likely case of an accident, first of all the information of the GSM operator is used. There is present a display on the emergency aid service wherein the determination of the position of the calling party is rapidly performed in an automated manner using the signal information received from the GSM operator and said position information is shared on the display. The sensors included in the system enable the satellite position information to be received via the GSM operators. The sensor GPS devices continuously receive the messages that arrive via the satellites. The distance between the initial position information and the subsequent position information is calculated and these distances and the positions of the satellite are used in order to calculate the position of the receiver via the positioning equations. The position information received from two points and the position information for the calling parties are determined by GPS. In this manner, the position of the calling party can be directly determined owing to the GSM operator signals, irrespective of whether or not such party is using a smart phone. With the signal data received from the GSM operator, the system automatically receives the satellite position information for the incoming call via the satellite. In this way, the GSM and position information for the person is shared with the response teams on the emergency aid system. In case of an emergency response team currently being engaged in another situation, the next response team is enabled to mobilize as the incoming information is also displayed on the vehicles of the other teams, thereby enabling the loss of time to be prevented. Moreover, regarding the moving vehicles, it would be possible for the closest response team to arrive on the respective position.
Claims
An emergency aid system, which enables the relevant position information to be shared with the emergency service line when the calls are made to the emergency services in cases of occurrence of numerous incidents such as traffic accidents, occupational accidents and home accidents, characterized in that said aid system comprises the GPS sensors that enable the satellite position information to be received via the GSM operators.
An emergency aid system according to Claim 1 characterized in that it comprises, upon the receipt of a distress call in emergencies, the process steps of
• transferring the GSM information via which said call is provided,
• transmitting the satellite position information via the GSM signals to the GPS sensors,
• forwarding the data received from the GPS sensors to the similar emergency response teams and sharing the position information on the display via the system.
