Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage par points par résistance grâce auquel l'expulsion au cours de l'opération de soudage ou une réduction de l'épaisseur de feuille au niveau d'une soudure peuvent être supprimées et toute fracture retardée d'un joint soudé peut être supprimée. L'invention concerne également un procédé de soudage par points par résistance permettant de superposer deux feuilles d'acier ou plus les unes sur les autres et permettant d'électrifier les feuilles d'acier tout en prenant en sandwich et en pressant les feuilles d'acier dans une paire d'électrodes de soudage afin de former un noyau de soudure et de joindre les feuilles d'acier, dans lequel le procédé de soudage par points par résistance comporte une étape d'électrification principale servant à former une partie de noyau de soudure par l'électrification des feuilles d'acier avec un premier courant électrique I1 tout en pressant les feuilles d'acier avec une première force de pression F1 (kN), et une étape d'électrification ultérieure servant à électrifier pendant un temps d'électrification ta (ms) représenté par la formule (2) avec un deuxième courant électrique I2 (kA) représenté par la formule (1) suite à l'étape d'électrification principale et servant à refroidir la partie de noyau de soudure, l'étape d'électrification ultérieure ayant une première étape de pression servant à maintenir la première force de pression F1 pendant un temps de retard de pression tb (ms) représenté par la formule (3) à partir du début de l'étape d'électrification ultérieure, et une deuxième étape de pression servant à presser avec une deuxième force de pression F2 (kN) représentée par la formule (4) suite à la première étape de pression.
