一种电子产品的USB盖连接结构,包括盖在电子产品的USB接口(1)上的USB盖(2),USB盖设在电子产品的壳体(10)上,USB盖的相对两端分别设有第一延伸部(3)、第二延伸部(4),第一延伸部、第二延伸部与USB盖的侧壁之间形成第一缺口(5)、第二缺口(6)。还提供了一种电子产品,包括该电子产品的USB盖连接结构。与现有技术相比,通过在USB盖的相对两侧设置延伸部,使延伸部与USB盖的侧壁之间形成缺口,实现对其中一侧延伸部按压时能够使另一侧延伸部翘起,从而形成抠位,方便手指将USB盖抠出,由于去掉了凹槽,因此降低了模具以及生产成本。
Description
本发明涉及一种电子产品,特别是一种电子产品的USB盖连接结构及电子产品。
随着电子产品的种类日益繁多,其均具有充电或与计算机连接通信的USB接口,而现有的USB接口为了防尘以及防水,会在USB接口上设置USB盖进行遮挡密封,从而避免灰尘或水进入USB接口内引起电子产品的故障;研究发现,目前电子产品的USB接口旁均会设置一个凹槽,形成抠位,这样能够方便的将USB盖取下进行充电等操作,而由于在USB接口旁需要设置一个凹槽,不仅在模具的制作上会增加成本,而且也影响了产品的外观。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种电子产品的USB盖连接结构,从而无需在USB口旁设置凹槽的前提下,方便开启USB盖,而且降低成本。
本发明提供了一种电子产品的USB盖连接结构,包括盖在电子产品的USB接口上的USB盖,USB盖设在电子产品的壳体上,所述USB盖的相对两端分别设有第一延伸部、第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、第二延伸部与USB盖的侧壁之间形成第一缺口、第二缺口。
进一步地,所述USB盖包括用于塞在USB接口中的塞入部以及裸露在壳体上的外盖,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部设于外盖上。
进一步地,所述外盖与塞入部相对的一侧设有凹槽,塞入部与外盖相对的一侧插入凹槽内并与凹槽紧密配合。
进一步地,所述壳体上位于USB接口处设有USB孔,USB孔上设有一周环形的凸台,所述凸台位于第一延伸部的一侧的宽度大于凸台相对另一侧的宽度,所述USB盖与凸台相对的一端抵靠在凸台上,使第一缺口、第二缺口与凸台之间形成间隙。
进一步地,所述塞入部上与第一延伸部相对的一侧设有朝凸台方向延伸的柱状连接杆,在凸台上与柱状连接杆位置相对应处设有插孔,柱状连接杆插入插孔内。
进一步地,所述柱状连接杆上设有直径大于插孔的限位块。
进一步地,所述USB盖还包括设于塞入部与外盖之间的用于插入凹槽内的连接部,所述连接部朝第一延伸部延伸并与柱状连接杆连接固定,塞入部与连接部连接固定。
进一步地,所述USB盖由软质材料制成。
本发明还提供了一种电子产品,包括所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过在USB盖的相对两侧设置延伸部,使延伸部与USB盖的侧壁之间形成缺口,实现对其中一侧延伸部按压时能够使另一侧延伸部翘起,从而形成抠位,方便手指将USB盖抠出,由于去掉了凹槽,因此降低了模具以及生产成本。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明电子产品的USB盖连接结构包括USB接口1以及盖在USB接口1上的USB盖2,在电子产品的壳体10上与USB接口1位置相对应的USB孔11,USB盖2盖在壳体10上的USB孔11中,所
述USB盖2的外形以及尺寸与USB孔11的形状以及尺寸相适配,USB接口1固定在底座17上,底座17通过螺丝与壳体10连接固定。
如图2和图3所示,USB接口1为偏平状,具有长边以及短边,USB盖2与USB接口1的短边相对的两端分别设有第一延伸部3、第二延伸部4,第一延伸部3、第二延伸部4与USB盖2的侧壁之间形成第一缺口5、第二缺口6;
在USB孔11上设有一周环形的凸台12,凸台12位于第一延伸部3的一侧的宽度大于凸台12相对另一侧的宽度,所述USB盖2与凸台12相对的一端抵靠在凸台12上,使第一缺口5、第二缺口6与凸台12之间形成间隙。
打开USB盖2时,通过手指按压第一延伸部3,使第二延伸部4翘起,使第二延伸部4与USB孔11之间形成可供指甲插入的缝隙,将第二延伸部4抠开,从而将整个USB盖2取下;这样在USB孔11上取消了原有形成抠位的凹槽的前提下能够快速、方便的打开USB盖,而且还能够在产品设计时能够不去考虑该凹槽所占用的位置,也使得外观更加美观完整。
如图2和图3所示,USB盖2可包括用于塞在USB接口1中的塞入部7以及裸露在壳体上的外盖8,所述第一延伸部3和第二延伸部4设于外盖8上,在外盖8与塞入部7相对的一侧设有凹槽9(图4所示),塞入部7与外盖8相对的一侧插入凹槽9内并与凹槽9紧密配合,形成一个整体;在塞入部7上与第一延伸部3相对的一侧设有朝凸台12方向延伸的柱状连接杆13,在凸台12上与柱状连接杆13位置相对应处设有插孔14,柱状连接杆13插入插孔14内;柱状连接杆13上设有直径大于插孔14的限位块15,使得USB盖2被拔出后不会与壳体10完全分离,避免丢失。
如图5所示,USB盖2还包括设于塞入部7与外盖8之间的用于插入凹槽9内的连接部16,所述连接部16朝第一延伸部3延伸并与柱状连接杆13连接固定,塞入部7与连接部16连接固定,连接部16与凹槽9紧密连接。
如图3所示,在底座17与柱状连接杆13位置相对应处设有供柱状连接杆13穿过的第一孔18,在底座17上还设有与第一孔18连通的第二孔19,第二孔19的孔径小于第一孔18的孔径,所述柱状连接杆13为锥状,直径最大端与连接部16连接固定,当柱状连接杆13的直径最小端插入通孔18中后,由
于直径由小变大,使柱状连接杆13的外壁和通孔18紧密连接,进一步防止USB盖2从USB孔11中掉出。
本发明还提供了一种电子产品,包括上述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构。
本发明中电子产品可以为手机、智能手表、智能手环等智能设备。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。
Claims (18)
- 一种电子产品的USB盖连接结构,包括盖在电子产品的USB接口上的USB盖,USB盖设在电子产品的壳体上,其中:所述USB盖的相对两端分别设有第一延伸部、第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、第二延伸部与USB盖的侧壁之间分别形成第一缺口、第二缺口;所述壳体上位于USB接口处设有USB孔,USB孔上设有一周环形的凸台,所述凸台位于第一延伸部的一侧的宽度大于凸台相对另一侧的宽度,所述USB盖与凸台相对的一端抵靠在凸台上,使第一缺口、第二缺口与凸台之间形成间隙;所述塞入部上与第一延伸部相对的一侧设有朝凸台方向延伸的柱状连接杆,在凸台上与柱状连接杆位置相对应处设有插孔,柱状连接杆插入插孔内;USB接口固定在底座上,底座通过螺丝与壳体连接固定,在底座与柱状连接杆位置相对应处设有供柱状连接杆穿过的第一孔,在底座上还设有与第一孔连通的第二孔,第二孔的孔径小于第一孔的孔径,所述柱状连接杆为锥状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述USB盖包括用于塞在USB接口中的塞入部以及裸露在壳体上的外盖,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部设于外盖上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述外盖与塞入部相对的一侧设有凹槽,塞入部与外盖相对的一侧插入凹槽内并与凹槽紧密配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述柱状连接杆上设有直径大于插孔的限位块。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述USB盖还包括设于塞入部与外盖之间的用于插入凹槽内的连接部,所述连接部朝第一延伸部延伸并与柱状连接杆连接固定,塞入部与连接部连接固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述USB 盖由软质材料制成。
- 一种电子产品的USB盖连接结构,包括盖在电子产品的USB接口上的USB盖,USB盖设在电子产品的壳体上,其中:所述USB盖的相对两端分别设有第一延伸部、第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、第二延伸部与USB盖的侧壁之间分别形成第一缺口、第二缺口;所述USB盖包括用于塞在USB接口中的塞入部以及裸露在壳体上的外盖,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部设于外盖上;所述壳体上位于USB接口处设有USB孔,USB孔上设有一周环形的凸台,所述凸台位于第一延伸部的一侧的宽度大于凸台相对另一侧的宽度,所述USB盖与凸台相对的一端抵靠在凸台上,使第一缺口、第二缺口与凸台之间形成间隙。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述外盖与塞入部相对的一侧设有凹槽,塞入部与外盖相对的一侧插入凹槽内并与凹槽紧密配合。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述塞入部上与第一延伸部相对的一侧设有朝凸台方向延伸的柱状连接杆,在凸台上与柱状连接杆位置相对应处设有插孔,柱状连接杆插入插孔内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述柱状连接杆上设有直径大于插孔的限位块。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述USB盖还包括设于塞入部与外盖之间的用于插入凹槽内的连接部,所述连接部朝第一延伸部延伸并与柱状连接杆连接固定,塞入部与连接部连接固定。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述USB盖由软质材料制成。

- 根据权利要求13所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述外盖与塞入部相对的一侧设有凹槽,塞入部与外盖相对的一侧插入凹槽内并与凹槽紧密配合。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述塞入部上与第一延伸部相对的一侧设有朝凸台方向延伸的柱状连接杆,在凸台上与柱状连接杆位置相对应处设有插孔,柱状连接杆插入插孔内。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子产品的USB盖连接结构,其中:所述柱状连接杆上设有直径大于插孔的限位块。
