Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composant métallique monolithique pour moteurs à turbine au moyen d'une technique du type "fabrication additive". Le composant présente une forme sensiblement cylindrique et est obtenu dans un appareil de fusion à lit de poudre à faisceau laser. Le procédé comprend une étape de simulation préventive de la construction du composant et une étape de surveillance in situ pour chaque dernière couche fondue.
