Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bag set: which does not require opening and closing of a first bag when placed in the interior of a ship's cabin or the like, in either an environment with gravity or a zero-gravity environment, every time an internal second bag is taken out from the first bag; in which even with the first bag being in an open state, the internal bag does not get strewn about, thus facilitating management of the second bag; and which does not cramp the living quarters.　The present invention provides, as a solution to the foregoing, a bag set comprising a first bag and a second bag that can be housed in the first bag. The first bag is furnished with: a base in the form of a sheet that can be folded over along the height-wise midsection; and an opening/closing means that with the folding over of the base enables opening/closing the peripheral edge excluding the height-wise midsection. The base is furnished with: an inner-side sheet having a female engager on an inner surface that forms the inner side when folded over; and first hook-and-loop fasteners in which male and female engagers are mixed on an outer surface that forms the outer side when folded over. The second bag has a male engager that can be engaged with/disengaged from the female engager on the inner-side sheet.

Description

Bag set

The present invention primarily relates to a bag set having a first bag (such as a bag) and a second bag (such as a pouch) that can be stored within the first bag.

　Traditionally, flight bags (first bags) are known that are configured so that multiple flight bags can be attached and detached to each other (see, for example, Patent Document 1). These flight bags are equipped with hook-and-loop fasteners on their outer surfaces to allow the flight bags to be attached and detached to each other. They also have straps that allow them to be secured to, for example, hook-and-loop fasteners or handrails installed inside the cabin.

The flight bag stores cargo inside. However, if the flight bag is left open and secured to hook-and-loop fasteners or handrails inside the cabin, the cargo inside cannot be secured by the partitions and is likely to fall out of the flight bag in an environment with gravity, or to drift in the air in a zero-gravity environment. Therefore, the flight bag is usually placed or positioned with its opening closed.

As a result, to use the cargo stored inside the flight bag, the flight bag had to be opened and closed each time, which was a hassle.

Furthermore, the flight bags are bulky and not space-saving. Therefore, when they are attached to the walls or handrails of the cabin, they occupy part of the living space and get in the way of people passing by, which is undesirable.

Furthermore, the second bag inside that is removed must be managed so as not to be lost. Particularly in a zero-gravity environment, the cargo is likely to be lost unless it is stored inside the first bag and the opening is kept closed.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and the problem that the invention aims to solve is to provide an excellent bag set that does not require opening and closing a first bag installed in a cabin or the like each time a second bag is removed from the first bag, whether in an environment with gravity or in a zero-gravity environment, does not cause the second bag to scatter even when the first bag is open, makes it easy to manage the second bag inside, and does not take up space in the living space.

The present invention provides a bag set that includes a first bag and a second bag that can be stored in the first bag, the first bag having a sheet-like base that can be folded back from the center in the height direction and an opening/closing means that can open and close the peripheral portion other than the center in the height direction by folding back the base, the base having an inner sheet with female engaging elements on the inner surface that becomes the inside when folded back, and a first hook-and-loop fastener with a mixture of male and female engaging elements on the outer surface that becomes the outside when folded back, the second bag having male engaging elements that can be engaged and disengaged with the female engaging elements of the inner sheet, and the first bag being in an open state, the second bag being capable of being detachably held on the inner surface of the first bag.

According to the present invention, the first bag has a sheet-like base, and when the sheet-like base is in an open state, the second bag is attached to the inner sheet. This eliminates the need to open and close the first bag installed in the cabin or the like every time the second bag is removed, and the second bag does not scatter. In addition, by providing the second bag with a male fastener (e.g., by providing a male hook-and-loop fastener), it can be attached to a female hook-and-loop fastener provided on a wall or the like in the ship, or to a female fastener (e.g., pile fabric, etc.) provided on clothing, preventing loss, etc. Furthermore, by closing the first bag (bag-like) with the second bag attached to the inner surface of the first bag, it can be carried anywhere and stored on a wall.

A bag set according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first bag and a second bag that can be stored in the first bag. The first bag includes a sheet-like base that can be folded back from a center portion in a height direction, and an opening/closing means that can open and close a peripheral portion other than the center portion in the height direction by folding back the base. The base includes an inner sheet having a female engaging element on an inner surface that becomes the inside when folded back, and a first hook-and-loop fastener having a mixture of male and female engaging elements on an outer surface that becomes the outside when folded back. The second bag has a male engaging element that can be engaged with and disengaged from the female engaging element of the inner sheet.
With the first bag in an open state, the second bag can be detachably held on the inner surface of the first bag (first configuration).

According to the above first configuration, the first bag has a sheet-like base, and when the sheet-like base is in its open state, i.e., the second bag is attached to the inner sheet, so that there is no need to open and close the first bag installed in the cabin or the like each time the second bag is removed from the first bag, either in an environment with gravity or in an environment with zero gravity, and the second bag will not spill out.
Furthermore, because the first bag has a sheet-like base, it is not bulky when open and does not impede the movement of people, making it possible to realize space-saving wall storage.
In addition, the second bag can be equipped with a male engaging element (e.g., a male hook-and-loop fastener) so that it can be attached to a female hook-and-loop fastener provided on the wall of the cabin or to a female engaging element (e.g., pile fabric) on clothing, thereby preventing it from being lost, etc.

The bag set according to the embodiment of the present invention is based on the first configuration described above and has at least three straps with second hook-and-loop fasteners that have a mixture of male and female engaging elements, and the first hook-and-loop fasteners provided on the outer surface of the base of the first bag can be detached from the second hook-and-loop fasteners of the straps, making it possible to attach and detach the straps from the outer surface of the base (second configuration).

According to the second configuration, by engaging the first hook-and-loop fastener on the outer surface of the base of the first bag with the second hook-and-loop fastener on the strap, the strap can be fixed to a handrail or the like inside the cabin, thereby achieving wall storage.
Furthermore, by having at least three strips, the strips can be positioned in at least three directions around the first bag item, so that the position of the first bag item does not fluctuate and it can be positioned at the desired position.

The opening and closing means for opening and closing the periphery other than the longitudinal center portion of the base is a slide fastener, and the periphery is provided with a first flap for covering the slide fastener and a second flap for further covering the first flap, and the first flap and the second flap are provided with an engagement and detachment means for freely attaching and detaching the first flap and the second flap to each other (third configuration).

The third configuration achieves the effects of the first or second configuration, and in addition, the slide fastener, which is the opening and closing means of the first bag, is covered with a first flap and then further covered with a second flap, and the first flap and the second flap are engaged with each other by an engagement and disengagement means, thereby completely covering the slide fastener and improving the external appearance.

Furthermore, the bag set according to an embodiment of the present invention, assuming the above-mentioned third configuration, can be configured such that the outer surface of the base, the first flap, and the second flap are formed from a flame-retardant material (fourth configuration).

According to the fourth configuration, assuming the third configuration, the outer surface of the base, the first flap, and the second flap are formed from a flame-retardant material. Even if the slide fastener itself does not have flame retardant properties, the slide fastener is reliably covered, thereby ensuring the flame retardant performance of the bag set.

The second bag constituting the bag set according to the embodiment of the present invention can have a belt-shaped fastening means for fastening the stored items partially sewn to the inner fabric (fifth configuration).

The fifth configuration described above allows the bag set that provides the above-mentioned effects to be further endowed with the ability to stably hold the contents of the second bag.

Below, with reference to the drawings, a bag set S according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. The same or corresponding parts in the drawings will be given the same reference numerals, and their description will not be repeated. Note that, to make the description easier to understand, the configuration may be shown in a simplified or schematic manner in the drawings referred to below, and some of the components may be omitted. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios between the components shown in each drawing do not necessarily represent the actual dimensional ratios.

The bag set S of Example 1 of the present invention is configured to be used in a space where gravity is present, and includes a first bag 1 (see Figures 1 and 2) and a plurality of second bags 2 (see Figure 3) that can be stored in the first bag 1 (see Figure 5).
Here, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(a) show the first bag 1 in an open state, Fig. 1 shows the inside and Fig. 2(a) shows the outside, while Fig. 2(b) shows the first bag 1 in a closed state (a state in which the opening is closed).

In this embodiment 1, the first bag 1 has a sheet-like base 10 and a double fastener 11 (a slide fastener with two sliders 11A) that serves as an opening and closing means for turning the sheet-like base into a bag, as shown in Figures 1 and 2(a).

The sheet-like base 10 is made up of an outer fabric 10A (see FIG. 2(a)), an inner fabric 10B (see FIG. 1) that is layered on the inside of the outer fabric 10A, and an inner sheet 10C (see FIG. 1) that is provided on the inner fabric 10B. The inner sheet 10C is a sheet that has numerous female engaging elements 100 provided over its entire surface.

The vertical direction in Figure 1 is the height direction H, and its center is the height direction center C.

A double zipper 11 is sewn to the periphery of the sheet-like base body 10. A slider 11A is disposed on each of the left and right sides of the center C in the height direction. Teeth rows 11B of the double zipper 11 are disposed over the entire periphery of the sheet-like base body 10. Both ends of the double zipper 11 are covered with a covering fabric 12. A male hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the surface (back surface) of the covering fabric 12 that comes into contact with the inner sheet 10C. A female hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the opposite surface.
Therefore, both ends of the double fastener 11 are fixed by engaging the male hook-and-loop fastener on the back surface with the female hook-and-loop fastener on the inner sheet 10C. The female hook-and-loop fastener on the front surface also secures the female hook-and-loop fastener in the portion of the inner sheet 10C covered by the covering fabric 12.

As shown in FIG. 2(a), the outer fabric 10A has a handle portion 13 sewn to a center portion C in the height direction.
In addition, a plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 are arranged on the outer surface of the outer fabric 10A. The first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 are a combination of male and female fasteners. In this embodiment, the first hook-and-loop fasteners are small square pieces measuring 5 cm on each side, and are arranged in 12 places.

In FIG. 1, when the upper side is folded downward with respect to the center C in the height direction as a reference point and one slider 11A of the double zipper 11 is moved to the other end, the first bag 1 becomes closed as shown in FIG. 2(b).

Next, the second bag 2 is shown in Figures 3 and 4. Figures 3(a) and (b) are front and back views of a pen case as the second bag 2. Figures 3(c) and (d) are front and back views of a gusset-less pouch as the second bag 2. The front side is made of a transparent sheet-like material 22 so that the inside can be seen through. Figures 3(e), (f), and (g) are front, back, and right side views of a gusseted pouch as the second bag 2. The front side has mesh 23 so that the inside can be seen through. Each of the second bags 2 has an opening and closing section using a slide fastener 20, and a male hook-and-loop fastener 21 with a male engaging element on the back side.

The second bag shown in Fig. 4 is a gussetless pouch with mesh 23 on the front side as shown in Fig. 4(a), and is provided with fastening means 24 for fastening stored items as shown in Fig. 4(b) with the mesh 23 omitted. In this embodiment 1, the fastening means 24 is made of a stretchy band and is sewn to the inner fabric 26 at the stitching 25, so that the stored items are sandwiched and fixed by the inner fabric 26 and the fastening means 24 in the unsewn part. Note that in the case of a pen with a clip, the fastening means 24 can also be sandwiched and fixed by the clip part. Note that the second bag also has a male hook-and-loop fastener 21 with a male engaging element on the back side as shown in Fig. 4(c).

The male hook-and-loop fastener 21 on the back allows the second bag 2 to be attached and detached in any layout relative to the inner sheet 10C of the first bag 1, as shown in FIG. 5.

Furthermore, if the clothing has a female hook-and-loop fastener, the second bag 2 can be attached directly to the clothing, which has the advantage that it is easy to manage even after it has been removed from the first bag 1.

The bag set S of Example 1 shown above can be used as wall storage in the open state shown in Figure 5, for example, by engaging the first hook-and-loop fastener 14 provided on the outer surface of the outer fabric 10A with a hook-and-loop fastener provided on the wall.
Since the first bag 1 is in a sheet shape, it is thin, occupies very little space, and does not interfere with the flow of people, which is advantageous in that it is very convenient. In addition, the first bag 1 can be used in an open state, and there is no need to open and close the first bag 1 every time the second bag 2 is used.

If necessary, the bag set S can be carried in a bag-like shape by closing the first bag 1 with the second bag 2 attached to the first bag 1. By attaching the first hook-and-loop fastener 14 of the first bag 1 in the bag set S to a hook-and-loop fastener provided on the wall, the bag set S can be easily managed.

Next, a bag set S according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The bag set S according to the second embodiment has a belt body 3 in addition to the bag set S of the first embodiment.

Here, a description of the parts common to the bag set S of Example 1 will be omitted. The strap 3 in the bag set S of Example 2 has a configuration in which a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners (hereinafter referred to as second hook-and-loop fasteners 31) with a mixture of male and female engaging elements are arranged at equal intervals on the front and back surfaces of a long strap fabric 30, as shown in Figures 6(a) and (b). Figure 6(a) shows the front surface of the strap 3, and Figure 6(b) shows the back surface of the strap 3. Note that in this example, the second hook-and-loop fasteners 31 are provided on both the front and back surfaces, but it is also possible to provide them on one side.

As shown in FIG. 7, the bag set S according to this embodiment 2 is configured so that the second hook-and-loop fasteners 31 at one end of each of the four strips 3 are attached to the first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 on the outer surface of the outer fabric 10A of the sheet-like base 10.

The other ends of the four belts 3 can be appropriately wrapped around handrails 6 or the like provided on the interior wall 5 of the cabin, so that they can be used as wall storage, similar to Example 1. Even in this case, the first bag 1 is in a sheet shape, so it is thin, occupies very little space, and does not interfere with the passage of people, which is advantageous in that it is very convenient.
Furthermore, the first bag 1 can be used in an open state, and there is no need to open and close the first bag 1 every time the second bag 2 is used.

In this embodiment, four straps 3 are used, but the number of straps 3 is not limited. In order to fix the position of the first bag body 1, it is preferable to use about three or four straps 3. Using one or two straps 3 is not preferable because the first bag body 1 may swing, and five or more straps are not preferable because the structure becomes more complicated.

In addition, after removing the second bag 2 from the first bag 1, in order to facilitate the management of the second bag 2, one belt 3 can be wrapped around a person's waist and the second hook-and-loop fasteners 31 can be fastened together, and the second hook-and-loop fastener 31 of the belt 3 can be fastened to the male hook-and-loop fastener 21 of the second bag 2.

The bag set S according to the third embodiment of the present invention is designed to be used in a zero-gravity space, and like the first embodiment, includes a first bag 1 (see Figures 8 and 9) and a number of second bags 2 (see Figure 3) that can be stored in the first bag 1.

Here, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9(a) show the first bag 1 in an open state, with Fig. 8 showing the inside and Fig. 9(a) showing the outside. Fig. 9(b) shows the first bag 1 in a closed state (with the opening closed).

The bag set S according to the third embodiment of the present invention has a basic configuration in common with the bag set S according to the first embodiment, and a description of the common parts will be omitted.

The bag set S according to this embodiment 3 is configured with a first flap 4A and a second flap 4B provided on the outside of the double zipper 11. As shown in FIG. 8, when the first bag 1 is in an open state, the first flap 4A is sewn to the sheet-like base 10 in the peripheral area of the upper half in the height direction, and the second flap 4B is sewn to the sheet-like base 10 in the peripheral area of the lower half in the height direction.

The second flap 4B is wider than the first flap 4A, and as shown in Figures 8 and 9(a), both the first flap 4A and the second flap 4B are provided with a hook-and-loop fastener that has both male and female engaging elements (hereinafter referred to as the third hook-and-loop fastener 40).

When one of the sliders 11A of the double zipper 11 is moved from the open state to the closed state (the opening is closed), the first flap 4A covers the upper teeth 11B of the double zipper 11, and the second flap 4B covers the first flap 4A from above.
At this time, the third hook-and-loop fastener 40 on the first flap 4A and the third hook-and-loop fastener 40 on the second flap 4B are engaged with each other, and the double fastener 11 is housed inside the first flap 4A.

In this embodiment 3, the double zipper 11 is not made of a flame-retardant material, but the first bag 1, the first flap 4A, and the second flap 4B are made of flame-retardant fabric, so that the double zipper 11 is not exposed to the outside and flame retardancy is ensured.

As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the configuration of this embodiment 3 can be combined with the band 3 disclosed in embodiment 2 to adopt a configuration common to embodiment 2.

A bag set including a first bag and a second bag that can be stored in the first bag,
