This is the Java client SDK for the Velisphere Internet of Things Cloud System. It provides tools and libraries to develop clients that connect as devices or services (with sensors, actors and other configurable function) to Velisphere, where you can connect them with other devices based on an easy to build rules-system, analyze data, locate devices, remote manage them, store binary data in a "dropbox for things", etc. Currently the SDK is available to connect to Velisphere via the AMQP message queuing protocoll, releases for MQTT and ReST will follow. Restful Web Service adapter for the NextBus prediction and transit network reporting service. This implementation uses XSD Schema, JAXB and a domain object model to decouple the consuming application from the over-the-wire representation of the data. NextBus is currently providing real-time bus data in several major metro transit agencies including, but not limited to MBTA (Boston), Toronto, Seattle, Brooklyn, Staten Island as well as a number of University towns. AjaxToaster is built on XMLToaster and inspired by the "guerrilla SOA" philosphy. You can use it to quickly create RESTful JSON & XML based CRUD services for your web applications by writing short scripts. It is downloadable as a windows installer package for quick no-hassle setup. It runs as a servlet in an app-server. By default it sets itself up to run inside its own standalone (jetty) server.
