Pros: Outstanding platform to organize, track and edit important documents. Ease of sending and receiving client signatures is a breeze!

Cons: Lack of a mobile app. This would be something nice to add in the future.

Overall: Excellent. Keeps our team organized and on track with key accounts, large revenue generating programs, and contractual documents!

Pros: Professionalizing customer agreements driving to intent with E-Signatures.

Cloud based access for auditor purposes and platform security.

Overall brand enhancement.

Timing reminders linked to program owners.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind regarding the outcome not matching the vision of implementation. The design of the platform has led to exactly what our intensions were when developing the solution.

Overall: Has led to business transformation with some of the most meaningful business relationships we are managing. And in an area of our business that has a very high financial premium.

Pros: Ease of use with step by step instructions.
Tutorial video provides guidance in simple terms.
Customer service and quick response to questions.
Excellent letters with a personal feel.
Editing abilities to make the letter "your own".

Cons: Some teachers are intimidated by the technology.
Additional larger group training would be beneficial.

Overall: Produces a great framework for letters of recommendation and every letter is different. Can pull info from resumes, documents or spreadsheets to provide an overall view of a student's strengths. Easy to tailor the format and body of the letter. Highly recommend!

Pros: AI Docs is very reliable, trustworthy, timely, responsible, accurate, honest, and list goes on. I have worked with them for 3 years. We have a project we work on together annually. They always create a to-do list of the project and update us constantly. Whenever we ask questions, within a few hours, they respond. They know what they can do and what they cannot (or what the system cannot). They are very honest about anything, including how many hours it take for them to do each item on the to do list. They are super nice and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Cons: The timing of the project. This is not all their fault. But I wanted to do a project with them in the summer, not at the end of the year, when I become super busy. Next year, we make sure we start the project in the summer and complete it in the summer, so that it will give us a lot of time until the end of the year.

Overall: Overall, I am very happy about AI Docs. I am not an IT person at all and there are many IT terms that I don't understand. They explain difficult terms in a very easy English. Also, we needed the capability to convert English to Japanese and vice versa. They did it perfectly, even though none of their people use Japanese. They were very patient and reminded us to do things that we needed to do and forgot to do or didn't have time to do. Overall, I would like to rate them 10 scores out of 5 5-point scale (meaning more than full points!).

Pros: Very responsive and attentive to any questions or items that come up. Detailed oriented for the design and development of the product.

Cons: No items that would be cons. Perhaps on our next iteration we will change the timing of the year.

Overall: Overall, a great experience year after year working with Ron and looking forward to continuing to work together.

Pros: This program offers a robust LOR writing system that still allows for personalization and authentication. It has saved our teachers and counselors countless hours and has shown to have great benefits for our students!

Cons: I Haven’t found one yet! The product is so easy to use and extremely user friendly!

Overall: Ron and his team are accessible and great to work with! I would definitely recommend this to any school who needs to write LOR!

Pros: Ron worked with us throughout the process. Ron is hands on and is a quick learner. Ron is very practical in his approach as well. Progress updates are fantastic. Ron is also very professional to work with. Great listener.

Cons: It's very hard to think of any cons with AI Docs. They do a great job.

Overall: Ron is super quick to work with. He manages the project very well too. I would highly recommend if you are looking to follow a budget, work with someone that has a great amount of experience, they are awesome.

Pros: AI Docs is the only eSignature document process that not only manages the signature process electronically but allows us at our specified intervals have reminders and tasks to review and manage throughout the term of the contract, they accomplished that with their Signature Workflow system. No other system we reviewed could provide us with an intelligent process to help us manage documents beyond the point of signature.

Cons: Opportunities where we have provided feedback to improve some features have been immediately addressed and a solution provided by AI Docs team.

Overall: AI Docs has given our sales and management team the confidence in not only performing our contract related tasks using the built-in Signature Workflow; but it has helped us in the area of cost avoidance for potential unsold custom materials. We estimate AI Docs has helped us avoid over $1 million in inventory write-offs in 2023.
