    Pros: I recently started using Agentforce, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for my sales process. As someone relatively new to Salesforce tools, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but Agentforce made everything incredibly intuitive right from the start. The platform is lightning-fast, and the AI-powered tools help me prioritize leads, craft responses, and track opportunities way more efficiently than before.

    Cons: Haven't come across any issues yet. So far it's been an A+ experience.

    Overall: What I love most is how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of Salesforce.
