Task scheduling and reminder.Cons: I never encountered any problem with this platform.

Pros: Bigin is a simple to use CRM which is designed for startups to keep all the customer interaction at a single place. No prior experience of CRM is required to use this software. It is best for people who are migrating from Excel seats to some sort of software.
Cons: It is simple to use and collects customer interaction at a single place. The features are limited but useful. Performs as promised.
Overall: Bigin is a very straightforward CRM to manage customer relation. It has inbuilt workflow which ensure the the SOP to be adhered in a visually appealing way. The workflow can be completely redesigned based on your need. It has provision to collect all the customer interaction whether it's email, telephonic, tweets or action done on website.
