"Refund the fraud charge " Posted 2023-05-10
Pros: The company I work for uses this company as a reward for us employees. My company give us points periodically that we can turn into money and send it on whatever we want using this card.
Cons: They are thieves. This company will take your money and charge you fees and will not do the right thing and refund fraud charge. They screw up their own profiles and make it the users fault. So users cant fix it.
Overall: I've not had a bad experience until now. This has made me not want to use this company again. They loose or erase my profile completely and try and make it my fault. I don't have their systems I could not have done it on my side. I would not know and did not know if there was a problem when there was a problem or I would have fixed it right then. I even talked to rep in Dec. and got nowhere. They refuse to just do the right thing and refund the fraud charge. I've gotten my money stolen from crooks just to be punished by bigger thieves. They can plainly see an issue yet refuse to do anything about it but to have me wait and only receive a generic auto response. They have done nothing to fix the issue.
