Pros: I appreciate how hands-on and communicative the team is. They support you throughout the entire process and offer training to help you gain a better understanding and become more independent. Additionally, they are very patient with their clients.

Cons: There is nothing about BrandMail that I dislike or find bothersome. In my opinion, they are doing an excellent job!

Overall: I am overall pleased with BrandMail, I would a hundred percent recommend it to anyone. Super, duper impressed!

Pros: We have been using BrandMail for some months now and am really pleased with the support that we received implementing the product. It is great that we can update employee details via the platform and we appreciate the customisations the team made for us.

Cons: The set up process in terms of look and feel takes time to refine and some IT knowledge is needed if you do not have an IT department to assist.

Overall: Our emails look beautiful and all now consistent according to company branding guidelines.

Pros: When I first joined the company, there was no standard email signature—everyone used their own style. The biggest benefit of using BQ is that it makes all our emails consistent. Now every email looks professional, neat, and matches the company brand.

Cons: When we first started using BQ, it was a bit challenging, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Sometimes updates or syncing take a little longer than expected. But once it’s set up, it works really well. The banner tool can be a bit tricky, but the BrandMail team is always there and ready to help.

Overall: Overall, using BrandMail has been a positive experience. It keeps all our emails consistent and professional, makes it easy to manage signatures and banners for everyone, and saves time with updates. The support team is helpful whenever we run into questions.

Pros: I'm enjoying BrandMail and the features it has. We recently created a banner and attached it to my email signature which changed every time I was sending an email, and I loved how easy it was to setup the banner and the attraction it got.

Pros: Great thing about brand mail is their support staff and their functionality. They walk you through the whole set up process and on boarding as well as creating your email signatures from scratch.

Cons: The back and portal was a little tricky to navigate, and I think they are taking steps to improve that user interface

Overall: I would recommend this product to people in my industry. It's got great functionality, and it really allows us to represent ourselves in a professional manner.

Pros: BrandMail is a very professional product. The administrator console is easy to learn and any problems we had with setup were handled quickly with understanding from their staff. We are in the US and even though there is a six-hour difference in time zones they were always available when we needed them with support.

Cons: No cons with BrandMail. We had slow Microsoft integration for a couple users, and I verified it was a Microsoft on occasion.

Overall: We are very happy with BrandMail and have had many clients, vendors, and other dealerships that we work with say they were impressed by our new signature.

Pros: Working with the BrandMail Team is seamless. As soon as a request is sent to the team via email, the ticket is logged and the request actioned and implemented within the timeframe requested, if not before. They are helpful with giving advice and recommendations to improve marketing via their platforms. The way in which our marketing is integrated within our 6 campuses enables us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience.

Cons: Honestly, I have not had a reason to dislike anything about BrandMail, or their Team.

Pros: The BrandMail team is made up of absolute angels (especially Paula and Simon)! The product that they've developed is nothing short of magical and I don't even use all of the features they have available (yet, anyway). It could not have been any easier for me to have my business email signature set up - the BrandMail team was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth integration! My email signature is consistent, on every single email, from every platform, regardless of what application is actually generating the email - it truly is magic! Onboarding new team members is a breeze and retains a consistent brand image for the business. Help is only a few keystrokes away, should I ever need to reach out. On a product that I use every day, several times a day, this is a no-brainer!

Cons: Using the editing software is a bit tricky at first, but the BrandMail team is ready to help if ever needed.

Overall: Having a consistent, professional email signature on all emails, across the whole business. I use a marketing application that generates emails and I can rest assured that my email signature will be on every single email sent from that application. I also use an email app that only allows the most generic signature in-app...but with BrandMail, I know that my professional business signature will be on every single email to every recipient. I don't have to worry about brand consistency when adding a new team member - BrandMail takes care of that for me!

Pros: The branding is fantastic, the product works. I am impressed with the support. I find the company innovative.

Cons: I find the product expensive. I would like to introduce the mobile option to my organization as then we can have a uniform brand, look and feel.

Overall: I am happy with the product. I find it user friendly and love the branding and administration. Our Marketing department can use the analytics. We use the social media links and the branding pages for clients.

Pros: Re-using content used to be a big challenge because
1) personal data would be incorrectly left in
2) it would be pasted into different documents with different styles and would look yuck
3) My teams didn't know where to find great examples I'd created because it was buried somewhere in a client's folder
4) context wasn't adjustable (single vs married, children vs not)

With Brand Mail, I can enter the client's name and it's re-used everywhere, the templates are so easy to create that I"ve made context specific templates, and the styles are locked in and transportable. This makes it highly efficient, saves me time and embarrassment and I trust that it's accurate. And each time I find a new way of doing things, I can just upload and everything's easily available to everyone.

So, in the end, it removes the dependency on me, and the result is that it's like i've cloned myself to more people.

It was super easy to install and integrate into our existing life because we're Microsoft Office dependent(I am the tech department!), and the customer support has been phenomenal - with the BrandQuantum team building us little help videos that we can access from our toolbar. I use it every day now, and am so excited to build it out to every area of our business.

Cons: Nothing... I haven't yet come across anything that bugs me.

Overall: Excellent- Easy to install, easy to implement, no major team training as it's intuitive, easy to upload new templates or reusable pieces of information, and it totally achieves its objectives

Pros: Implementation is simple and straight forward. It's easy to use, the support team is phenomenal as well

Overall: I am more than happy, it's something i don't have to worry about at all since I have not had a bad experience at all

Pros: The BrandMail team is incredibly responsive and works diligently to address any and all concerns. They listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. Their insights and knowledge was priceless, helping to guide me through the process and make decisions I didn't feel qualified to make on my own. We had some issues due to my email client and they went out of their way to find a solution.

Cons: There is literally nothing to dislike! In my opinion there are no downsides to working with BrandMail.

Overall: Working with BrandMail has been seamless and a wonderful experience. I was so frustrated trying to develop an email signature on my own, wasting hours upon hours all ending in failure, and they actually made the process simple and, dare I say, fun. I have no reservations in recommending BrandMail to anyone who is looking for an email signature solution.

Cons: Experienced glitches in the beginning, however the team managed to resolve it quickly.

Overall: It has been easy to enroll new users onto the system. I Love how easy it is to change banner designs.

Cons: I don't have any issues. I have only recently started working with the team and I have appreciated their willingness to assist.

Overall: I have found the staff to be helpful, efficient and friendly. The attention to detail when designing banners has been impressive.

Pros: The amount of time that it takes to change an email signature along with being able to sync it through to multiple devices. BrandMail has also assisted us in achieving consistency throughout all mail leaving our organization.

Cons: I cannot confirm on any specific dislikes from my part and have not received any complaints from my team since being onboarded.

Overall: BrandMail has assisted us with exactly they were offering during our onboarding period. It has greatly increased our productivity on other items while not having to spend the time to run around and manually update users email signatures.
Overall i would recommend BrandMail to any company that would like consistency and reduction in time of manually setting up email signatures.
