Pros: BrewPOS is intuitive for our Baristas, easy to train staff on, and produces reports our company needs to succeed. It also tracks all actions, lessening theft and mistakes. The owners and managers always have access and can work on the system from anywhere, a true plus! We have been overwhelmingly happy with the support. A shift supervisor can call any time and get help, which saves time for the management, and every change we requested has been made with efficiency and care. We love how the company continues to improve and the small business feel of their customer service. The price is good, and the set-up was simple and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable staff. We are delighted we chose BrewPOS!

Overall: We are a small local coffee roaster with two retail locations founded in 1984; we've many POS systems over the years. We sell over 30 coffee beans, have a full Barista drink service menu, and a large retail gift selection in our stores. We are a unique cafe because we have a full restaurant and retail, and BrewPOS built a system that worked for us and yet was simple to understand from the front-end servers side and the owners back end. We are also in the process of integrating web sales with the BrewPOS system so that we get total inventory management through both in-house and web-based sales. We research many POS systems and are grateful for our choice!
