    "Tons of Data Easily Accessible"

    Pros: Can track our newcomers through easy to follow system of check offs and pass the baton to the next staff member on the flowchart.
    Can look up a family last name and find that one person who's first name you forgot but see across the sanctuary.
    Can see who has received the email invitations to your event already and who needs them yet.
    Notes for administrators/staff only are super helpful to keep everyone apprised of information from conversations had with members.

    Cons: Can't personalize the communications with different fonts, other colors or highlights. Can't even interject emojis which is EXPECTED in this day and age.

    Overall: I was in a different church role before and didn't realize all the data that could be utilized through CCB tools. Now that I have a different role and need people to fill out forms, send follow-up communications to large groups, send reminders to my Host Team of ushers, greeters, etc. this has become so much more valuable to me!

    Pros: Our team really enjoyed using Church Community Builder! It seems like it was built with churches in mind – very user friendly and has lots of different ways that it can be used!

    Cons: It would be nice if the volunteer scheduling feature was more customizable.

    Overall: Overall, Church Community Builder is a very helpful church database tool with various other helpful features as well.
