Condo Control

Pros: The emails sent take me directly to a PDF that has the information that normally would be posted that I might miss, especially if there is an immediate situation like power/water interruptions and I'm at work.

Cons: The user interface was bit inconsistent regarding sizing the document between different browsers on different operating systems.

Overall: I have come to appreciate how something like this makes the job of the management team in my building much easier, instead when in the past they used to run around with superintendents and staff to get the word out.

Pros: Condo Control is by far the best platform for managing your homeowners association and contractors. The interfaces are the most intuitive, and it offers all the features we need without any of the extra fluff. I would highly recommend Condo Control to anyone looking to get a better handle on their HOA!

Cons: There should be a free version of the software, but we have saved a lot of money using the platform so no complaints.

Overall: It's the best hoa management system out there! The interface is easy to use, it integrates with all of my different contractors, and it's great at keeping track of everything about the property. It is an absolute must for anyone who is looking to manage their own condo complex or HOA.

Pros: I like Condo Control because they don't try to sell you anything. They just want to help manage your condo and make sure that everything is in order. Cons: No issue, overall really good software and staff from what I have experienced.

Overall: They are the only company I know of where I feel like they really care about the needs of their customers. The customer service team is always available and willing to help, and they never make me feel like I'm just a number in the long run. Condo Control is an amazing service and I have been recommending it to everyone!

Overall: I had avoided Condo Control for a while because it seemed like it was just another complicated app. I was wrong! I started using it and quickly realized that this is the all-in-one tool that everyone needs who lives in a condo or HOA. It has so many features to help the boards and homeowners associations with their day-to-day work.

Pros: Condo Control has been the only company I found that offers reliable and easy to contact software support. I have had trouble in the past with other companies that either took too long to get back or wanted to charge me a fee to speak with someone.

Cons: A bit more help with the adoption process for residents would be good.

Overall: We've used Condo Control for a while and I must say that it has been an absolute lifesaver. It's one of the only software programs that still has tech support that is actually easy to reach.

Pros: I never thought I'd find a software that could help me manage work within the association; but then I found Condo Control. It has helped me immensely in the past few months and has made tasks so much smoother. This is definitely a must-have app for any association!

Cons: Create the user guide videos in multiple language would be a good thing to add.

Overall: I joke with my coworkers that Condo Control is the best thing that happened to this company. I found Condo Control and then got a friend to refer me. One of their employees reached out almost immediately and helped get the ball rolling on everything.

Pros: We used to have issues and headaches with our workflow and the amount of time spent on each task. With Condo Control, all of that went away! We are now much more organized and efficient than we were before and it has helped us get more done in less time than before. I would recommend Condo Control to anyone looking for a good solution.

Much of our work was done on the go, and Condo Control has made it possible to stay in the loop while not being on site. We have been able to produce more quantity than ever before with how easy it is to transition from one task to another. It's also great for productivity, as we can start working ahead of schedule on.

Pros: I had tried a few software systems, but it was Condo Control that fit my needs the best. They are constantly updating the software and since I am always finding new needs for ways to better manage my portfolios, the fact that Condo Control is constantly evolving as our needs change is a huge plus for me.

Cons: There are cheaper software out there, that we used.. but you get what you pay for, so we switched to Condo Control.

Overall: Their customer success team has always been helpful, it's easy to use, and has a great mobile app. They are constantly adding new features that help me keep track of my properties in a way that is helpful and not overwhelming.

Pros: Easy to use, user-friendly, and reliable. The mobile app is also very well designed which makes it easy to navigate from my phone.

Cons: Add more stuff to the mobile app,. There should be the same amount of features on desktop on mobile.

Overall: I've been using Condo Control for a few years now and I love it. It is so user friendly, there isn't a single moment where I feel like it needs to be complicated. All of the features are easy to use and they help me manage my building with ease.

Pros: We had been struggling with collecting payment for years until a member of the Board recommended Condo Control. They were right, it was the best decision! Now we have multiple ways of collecting payments!

Cons: No complains so far, they've been pretty good since implementation.

Overall: We're a HOA with a lot of demands from owners, and Condo Control has been able to keep up with all of them. They are always quick to respond We've been using them for a while now!

Cons: At this time I can not think of anything that I dislike at this moment.

Overall: I am a concierge whose worked at more than one property. I have used both Condo Control and building link as a means to conduct the company's administrative duties. Although I'm familiar with building links I enjoy using Condo Control more. I find that Condo Control is easier to navigate and more user-friendly. I was able to find all that I needed easily and quickly.

Pros: The vendor portal is a good way for contracts in HOAs to stay on top of all our task assigned by the board or PS.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind, really solid platform and easy to use.

Overall: As a contractor I have had only good experience using the platform, it seems to help everyone in the HOA.

Pros: We have been using condo control for around 2 years now, looking at our budget and spending for that year, it drastically reduced our spend on paper, admin work, rescheduling our AGMs, and more stuff

Cons: It's nice that the virtual AGM feature integrates with zoom, but would be great if it also integrated with google meets too.

Overall: had a great overall experience with the staff, and the software has defiantly paid for itself since we have been using it

Pros: We use condo control's vendor management system to help us tack our jobs and invoices. The best part is that we could get paid directly through the system.

Cons: Would like bit more HOAs added so we can bid on a few more contracts in our area.

Overall: Very positive experience, as a contractor most softwares do not cater to use, but I am glad t see software companies are being more inclusive.

Pros: Easier to send maintenance requests, and book amenities like the gym and party rooms and all our information is located in one place.

Cons: The integration with the buzzer system would be nice.

Overall: Software has definitely improved my experience as a resident in our building and it has been a lot easier to send maintenance requests to the manager.

Pros: Easy to log visitor information, managing parking spots and day-to-day security information. The Condo Control team is very helpful.

Cons: I'd like to be able to do punch ins and out with system.

Overall: Had a very good experience using them, the software is very robust and easy to use. Would highly recommend it.

Pros: Decreases the amount if paper getting stuffed in our mailboxes and on the bulletin board, and we can also see see what's going on in the community.

Cons: Can't think of anything at the moment, but support in Chinese would be nice.

Overall: Overall your staff and team is great. One of the best support I've had with using a software. Recommend it to other HOAs.

Pros: Our association uses Condo Control. It's very easy to use and I like that we can pay all our fees through the system.

Cons: Only been using it for a few months so I don't have any bad feedback yet.

Overall: Overall very good product. Way better than the we we were doing things before (using paper to sent notices and paying maintenance fee through checks).

Overall: Not trying to favour or sound biased but compared to the other "competitors" I've used? I definitely prefer Condo Control.

Pros: CCC is by far the best system for HOA management that I have worked with in my 14 years of managing. It is user friendly and does everything that a manager needs it to do. The customer service is excellent and the fact that they are in Canada and I am in the United States, doesn't matter. They are always ready and willing to help when needed.

Cons: The e-blast interface was a little challenging at first and sometimes wouldn't cooperate when using bullet points. However, we discussed it with our representative and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

Overall: Easy to learn, easy to use. Homeowners love it. Having been in the business for 15 years, I have experience in using many different types of programs. CCC is the most user friendly and the easiest to learn. The set up makes sense and it naturally flows. Some other programs leave you scratching your head.
