Pros: The platform is user friendly and intuitive, it's easy to find your way around.
The support team replies quickly whenever we need help, they know how to work with both modern and older systems, which had been very helpful.Cons: We would like more supported retailers and merge all systems in one interface.
Overall: Very helpful, great value and excellent customer service, good platform, very friendly once you understand how it works which I did once they explained it.

Pros: --Great service. Timely responses from the team when I reach out for requests and new opportunities.
--Platform easy to navigate. The user interface of ConnectPointz is simple to navigate and understand.
--Integration capability. The supporting team can integrate with the retailers I need and have a lot of experience integrating with current and legacy ERPs used by my clients.
--Pricing. Pricing is very competitive and usually cheaper than other, more well known integration products and services.Cons: --Keep updating and expanding your list of retailers, ERPs, carriers, 3PLs that you support.
--Continue to improve the ConnectPointz experience for users. This includes combining all the aspects of retail management, 3PL and Carrier support into a single visual for clients.Overall: This is the product and team I seek out when I need a quick integration for a retail customer or ERP for my clients. Particularly for new start ups and growing companies. Overall a great product and service at a very competitive price!

Pros: Easy to use, self explanatory, very functional, provides instant feedback, layout is very easy to use.
Cons: There should be more other functions for EDI transmittal.
Overall: The overall experience is great and I would recommend this platform to others. Customer service is good at getting back at all our questions.

Pros: Easy to use, really good support from the employees, you get the information really fast, it’s a friendly platform.
Cons: I got confused the first time I used it but after having a support zoom with en employee i understood it!
Overall: Really good platform, it’s very friendly once you understand how it works which I did once they explained it.
