CoinTracking

Pros: Supported all my exchanges and transactions over the years. Can communicate with support and received personalized help when needed. CoinTracking has a lot of features and once I learned how to use them, it's pretty easy and fast to calculate and produce all the tax forms my accountant needs.

Cons: The interface is not as sleek and user friendly as some competitors.
Took some learning to figure out the interface and how to do what I needed. There's a cutoff on number of transactions that can be imported until you pay more.

Overall: Two years ago I was panicking over the number of transactions I had on several exchanges and platforms. After trying several services, I found CoinTracking was the only one that would work with all my transactions without a lot of additional manual effort. Took a lot less time to set up than some others and have used it for my crypto taxes for a couple years now.

Pros: It works better than anything else I've tried, especially the portfolio tracking part.
What puts CoinTracking on top for me is the Support, extremely professional, fast and helpful.
My accountant also likes the tax report a lot, so it must be good :)

Cons: The NFT center needs a lot of work, for now it's mostly manual entry.

Overall: The last 6 months have proven I like it, including the tax report generation, I'll continue using it for another year.

Pros: A lot of functions and reports, great support.
I finally managed to have a proper overview of my coins in one spot.
Support for tax-loss harvesting.
Easy to generate tax report of US.

Cons: The page design is REALLY retro.
The amount of options looks intimidating at first but turn out very useful.

Overall: With as many transactions as I have on various platforms, I needed some help setting everything up properly but CoinTracking did the best job compared to other tools.

Pros: Support for multiple exchanges and API integration. But all of the tax platforms have this basic support, so nothing special here.

Cons: Imports didn't actually work correctly. I wish they did, but they didn't.

Overall: It either works or it doesn't. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I just need something that works. I've tried several now, and none of them can handle the large volume of transactions that come with bot trading.

Pros: API auto imports for most exchanges.
Multiple chains imports via your wallet address.
Exports to Excel.
Mining support - prices coins when you mine.

Cons: Some functions aren't easy to find - like trying to balance or reconcile accounts. (Should be easier, but at least it's doable - unlike many other crypto packages).

Overall: When I first started using Cointracking.info, I thought it was an odd mix of portfolio management and tax tracking. I'm a US tax payer, so that was the function I wanted. Over time, the development team has focused more on taxes and less on portfolio metrics - which is a good thing. And it's a great thing that the CoinTracking Dev team keeps updating and expanding support.
