    "Great Product"

    Posted 2021-02-20

    Pros: Syncs large tables.
    Easy to learn and use.
    Support is excellent.
Saved us a lot of money vs developing our own sync solution.
    Reasonable price.
    Try before you buy.

Cons: It would have been nice if the trial license could have lasted longer. I had to get it renewed by presales a couple of times to finish my testing of the product.

Overall: A very solid product if you are looking for a product that will reliably sync sharepoint list data to/from an sql database.

    "Top!"

    Posted 2021-01-14

    Pros: - Easy to use
    - Still well customizable
    - Dynamic columns programmable with .NET code
    - Stable and powerful
    - Reasonable priced
    - Uncomplicated and direct support
    - Wide range of data sources and targets

Cons: None so far (has been used in many customer projects).

Overall: We have been using Layer2 products for many years (formerly the Layer2 Business Data List Connector for SharePoint ) in a wide variety of customer projects and are always delighted with the stability and reliability. Especially in the more and more frequent cloud scenarios, Layer2 Cloud Connector is an important building block for us to easily transport and keep data synchronized between File System, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange and SharePoint Online. Great tool and uncomplicated, quick and competent support if there are any questions. Besides, the price is manageable. Top!
