Improve the configuration and more customization to be able to create a pop-up more adapted to the design of each website.

Pros: Didomi's teams are reactive and know how to support us when needed.
The interface is easy to use.
The documentation for the customization and integration of the CMP is very clear.

Cons: Some solutions can offer more customization (except CSS) but it is not disturbing.

Overall: Entirely satisfied with the solution overall.
Not necessarily being very knowledgeable about the technical part and the packaging in particular, the support teams as well as our Customer Success Manager were always able to accompany us in order to facilitate this stage.
The follow-up is also very good and allows us a good control of our conformity.

Pros: Ease to understand the tool.

Cons: In the past, the integration with GTM was laborious due to all the 3rd party pixels of the site. Now with Google Consent Mode and the different options of integrations is much easier.

Overall: I'd recommend it, we just renew our contract. In general, the tool is easy to implement and it has helped us with the GDPR consents.

Pros: Easy to use and install.
The support team is reactive and serious, always prompt to provide us advices.
Price plans are interesting and the product is well documented.

Cons: It would be interesting to have a few more option of customization.

Overall: The set up is easy, everything is easy to understand and the support team is reactive, friendly and qualified.

Pros: Easy to use and install. Very flexible parameters to set up and configure for each site. Also, the support team is well qualified to give us all the help needed and very friendly/reachable people. Documentation is clear and easy to follow.

Cons: Some particular words were not available for translation (under 5% of the text)....everything else is open for translation.

Overall: Great tool, easy to use and does the work perfectly, and great experience. Fully recommend Didomi to solve your GDPR issues.

Overall: We are happy to keep working with Didomi as our CMP provider, their expertise in the field is a real asset to us.

Pros: This tool is very customizable and the customer success manager I have been in contact with has always answered quickly.

Cons: Set-up is a bit complicated, I am not sure I would have been able to have it work without the help from the support team.

Overall: We were able to set up the notice and become GDPR compliant pretty quickly using Didomi, and switching to the IAB TCF V2 framework was relatively painless.

Pros: - easy to set up
- translation to probably most of popular languages. This is important as CMP is client/user facing.
- excellent set of features

Cons: This is a really good CMP. If I had to point at places to make it better I would propose to introduce easy ways of increasing opt in rate. Lets say: 2-3 predefined layouts, 2-3 sets of texts and translations.

Overall: Set up was easy. It just works and we have good opt in rates. Support is excellent: fast and helpful.

Pros: - Very good onboarding
- Platform is easy to use
- Interesting price plans
- A lot of features, the product is always up to date with the latest regulations

Cons: - Still to limited to customize the pop-in/banner in apps in comparison with the web ones.

Overall: Very pleased we selected Didomi as our Consent Management Platform.
Onboarding has been great and much appreciated by the team.

Pros: Our company was previously using a competitors GDPR solution which was very cumbersome to configure and manage. The Didomi platform was a breath of fresh air. It easily integrated with Google Tag Manager which made the setup and configuration for our site to be GDPR compliant very smooth.

Cons: The only nitpick I have would be the UI within the vendor and purposes configuration section. Sometimes when trying to copy the APP ID value for a vendor. The vendor itself becomes deselected and no longer attributed to the consent notice. A minor nit and very well could be an ID10T error on my part.

Overall: Overall the Didomi product is extremely easy to setup and configure. The integration with Google Tag Manager has been seamless. Their support services are very prompt and extremely helpful whenever I've had questions. I highly recommend Didomi
