Pros: Cheap one time doc translator BUT, they will charge your credit card later .. be aware, the account manager was hanging up the phone on me

Overall: Paid $2 for a translation on DocTranslator.
A week later a $15 “storage subscription” showed up as pending on my card. I canceled the subscription immediately from my account but their account manager says they won’t refund and when I called again, they said this number is for a different business. Scammers ! Do not use them

Pros: Relatively good speed, customer service replied relatively quickly but without any conclusions, not recommended overall

Cons: Misleading pricing- service was supposed to be free which was a scam, low quality of translation, raised the issue but no refund/ discount given

Overall: Very bad, avoid, pricing policy is a scam, free service disguised as fully paid service which is misleading clients, large french to english translation of low quality

Cons: Page said the first translation would cost -0,03€ (lol), and they charged 7,86€. Customer support sucks and tells you outright they won't refund, even if after the translation failed.

Overall: It's a scam and these are horrible people.

Pros: Zero pros. Translations are a joke. Cant even use them for nothing. They also charged me for 3 instead of the 2 I ordered

Pros: Never used product; I merely paid for the subscription and received a quote for a document. I immediately decided not to use the app based on it not being affordable. I was told there is a no refund policy even in such cases.

Cons: No refund policy. You need to pay for a subscription before getting an estimate and if it is too expensive you are out the subscription fee; no refund policy even if you never translate a single document. Feels like a scam.

Overall: Poor customer service. A complete waste of money. I basically paid more than 15.00 for a quote on a document.

Cons: I translated ONE document on this site and never subscribed. They charged my card incorrectly, for a subscription I never subscribed to. I got in touch and I've been trying to get refund for over a month. They made yet another undue charge, even after I had canceled. I requested cancellation AGAIN and they insist that they will not cancel it.

Overall: DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THIS SITE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IMPROPERLY AND WILL STILL BE CYNIC WHEN RESPONDING TO YOUR EMAIL, SAYING "GOOD LUCK"

Pros: Nothing. It certainly looks like a fast and cheap option, but its too good to be true, nothing else. You're better off using google translate honestly.

Cons: I just purchased a translation from this website and the result is absolutely terrible. There were seven (7) pages in my document and only one (1) was translated. I just asked for my money back, this service is completely disappointing and useless.

Pros: The translation was good for been an automated computer translation software & their costumer service as well. BUT...

Cons: Cost - Unable to manipulate your document after translation unless you pay another site, so they can give you access. Seems they give you a photograph of your document.

Overall: The problem is that even after you pay to translate your document, you won't be able to manipulate you own document!!! I can't fix some issues that the translation have,... Reached out to costumer service chat & they stated to go to ANOTHER link to be able to do so, now that link wants to charge in order for me to manipulate and complete the translation. Not FAIR at all and is your document to begin with! You already pay for a translation of your own document, you should be able to manipulate your document as you please after! It cost me around 60 dollars for a computer translation and won't allow me to fix their own translation, but do give me a link where I can pay to actually get "authorization" to write on my own document, and still you can't because they give your paid translation as a scan/photo document. MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO EDIT &/OR CORRECT your doc.
