This has happened to me a lot and especially when I'm going to upload large files, usually light assets, I haven't had any problems since it obviously doesn't require that much bandwidth. However, when I'm uploading a large number of files to back up, an example would be a zip with a property photo gallery, this will tend to take longer than I anticipated. I currently have great bandwidth both for download and upload and yet Dropbox does not consume what I currently have. This is disappointing as I haven't been able to set a limit anywhere on how much bandwidth this platform can consume, have that capacity so I can scale it without any limit, but apparently the servers on this platform have a limit.
