Overall: After downloading and using the free trial for a day, we received unexpected and Outstanding instructions identifying and correcting our specific issues, including a 1-to-1 Video -Chat.

Pros: I really love how the team has stepped up to educate me on the use of EasyDMARC, but also about DMARC, SPF and DKIM in general. The reports are crystal clear, and although I’m still learning what they are telling me, I still enjoy seeing a good color coded indicator as to where the domains I’m supporting stand in email reliability.

Cons: I’m very new to back end email support and I find at time there is an assumption as to my base knowledge being higher than it actually is. I could use just a little more guidance in my correspondence, but even that is a stretch. Because I just ask for clarification and an email later, I receive it.

Overall: Excellent experience! Being new to this kind of technology and need, the support team has been great in giving me guidance and preparing me to better support my clients using EasyDMARC going forward. Excellent team all around.

Pros: Web interface is very user friendly and easy to understand. Simple navigation to see the overall picture as well as the details. Gives great information to update records, emails and server settings to maximize email deliverability.

Cons: Platform was not instantly helpful until I understood what needed to happen to secure my sites. A checklist of "first steps" would help getting started.

Overall: Overall very satisfied with the platform and the services received from EasyDMARC. Customer service has been helpful when contacted. Added security to our sites and improved our email deliverability greatly.

Pros: The design is well-thought-out and the graphical user interface (GUI) is straightforward to use. It allows for centralized management of all SPF records, which is impressive. Additionally, the tech support's expertise was commendable.

Cons: Nothing to say but it will be more convenient as a customer if we can reach out to tech support through an 800 number.

Overall: I am overall happy with this product and ready to recommend it to others.

Pros: It was easy to get up and running and add additional domains. Allowing us to combine several tools into one.

Cons: I had some SPF settings that seemed to have a problem with their SPF flattener and will have to do some investigation before moving all domains to their flattening service.

Overall: Overall I have been happy with the price for Easy DMARC. It has given us better insight into the email settings for DMARC, DKIM, SPF all in one tool. It is easy to forget one small thing when going and editing all of the DNS entries by hand. Having it all on one dashboard is worth the cost.

Pros: They walk you through every step. Engineer is available for all questions you may have. Interface is extremely simple and well laid out.

Cons: Could be cheaper but no good service is free. You get what you pay for.

Overall: They walked me through every step in setting up my DMARC. Multiple calls were made to get this all configured and having an engineer available to do this was extremely helpful. If you have a small IT department this guys really do a great job in taking this off your plate.
