    "Difficult company to contact —- failed to issue refund "

    Pros: Nothing —- there has been no positive aspects to dealing with this company.
    I have tried to contact them on multiple social media outlets as well as their website.

    Cons: I was due a refund from a payment made in October 2023. The event got cancelled and therefore I got an email on the 19/8/24 stating refund processed. This money has not reached my account and I have spent the last four weeks attempting to contact the company. The only email responses I have got are from a bot with frequently asked questions. I am unable to speak to anyone on the phone or to get any updates. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

    Overall: As above —- I really feel I am running out of options,
    I have also contacted tee&toast the company that have used easol to manage payments, they have asked me to contact the company directly.
