Eventgroove

Pros: Liked the lay out and the sequencing of the pages. It is logical and well laid out. The arrangement makes it unlikely that the user will forget to include something, and corrections are easy to do.

Cons: The size of the ticket could be larger, offering more room to add a club or company logo, and larger print on the ticket.

Overall: Overall excellent. Used your company numerous times and everything was always 100% accurate and on time!

Pros: I love Eventgroove's event management software. Under my own brand, I am able to host events for multiple event organizers and producers. The event wizard provides a step-by-step guide to gathering the right information to publish an event within minutes!

Cons: It can be difficult removing EG's logo, name, and brand from certain web pages.

Overall: The onboarding process at Eventgroove was great! With the help of the customer success team, I was able to get a full understanding of the event management software. I love the fact that I was able to troubleshoot processes through a beta site before publishing settings on my production site.

Pros: I loved that we could create a paid access to virtually watch the Jazz Concert that we were also doing live.

Cons: Nothing. They are very responsive to suggested feedback.

Overall: I have used this for multiple events now and was so comfortable, that I used it to manage online sales and management of a virtual concert. My client was extremely happy with the end product.

Pros: Easy to design online. Great customer support. Finished product is high quality & professional. Our guests are excited to receive these beautiful tickets and they add to building excitement for our events.

Cons: Not necessarily a con, but a but a product design suggestion. I would like the ability to have more than one perforation so that I could use one piece as the ticket, one piece as the stub and one piece for a raffle entry.

Overall: As the Director of a trade association who holds many events annually, we have been using Event Groove to design and print our event tickets for several years. We love the oversized ticket because it also serves as a marketing piece with enough space to get all the info on the front and we place sponsor logos on the back.

Pros: I enjoy Eventgroove's ease of use and speed of manufacture and delivery. I also enjoy the quality and selection of products. They seem to be curated exactly for what I need!

Cons: I would enjoy a little more freedom for incorporation of personalized logos and graphics in some of the designs.

Overall: My overall experience has been very positive and rewarding. I have often been told how professional my productions are.

Pros: The site has a simple interface and is easy to use and setup your event. Ability to streamline your event as you see fit or envision.

Cons: Inability to obtain necessary information for my specific running event (e.g. options for t-shirt sizes to be recorded in a statistical manner).

Overall: Not bad for my first time using this site. Provided great analytic information as well as providing easy ways to check in guests. Just wish it collected more information for our specific event (see cons).

Pros: Everything that was done through Eventgroove was to perfection! Working on the October event as this is written, received my online ordered tickets via UPS 2 day delivery today as promised!

Cons: I have no cons about the products, everything is totally on point!

Overall: This service provided from A-Z the best tools to market and host your event.
I recommend their services to small - medium-to large scale promotions!
EXCELLENT SERVICES😇

Pros: We began using the service with TicketRiver in 2017 for ticketing and advertising our annual wine festival. Designing tickets and wristbands is simple and straight-forward. Setting up online ticket purchasing also is a breeze!

Cons: Unfortunately, my orders are separated into two different accounts, using the same email address. This probably is an artifact from the TicketRiver days. I would like to unify both under a single login.

Overall: In my opinion, it's the most comprehensive solution on the market. The service started strong and continues to improve every year!

Pros: I like the fact that I can customize any of the hundreds of choices of tickets available for me to view. It is easily accessible, and very simple to manipulate the tickets.

Cons: I really have never experienced a problem with the ticket quality, or the choices that I am given. Easy- all the way around.

Overall: I am happy and pleased enough that I do not even consider trying to find another ticket printing agency. I am content to stay here.

Pros: Tickets are always in order and done with professional quality. Our fans are always feeling lime its time to enter a pro fight at our amateur boxing event due to the quality of the tickets from Eventgroove.

Cons: No cons the service it self and tickets are great.

Overall: I'll keep getting tickets from Eventgroove because the quality of the tickets and the quality customer service.

Pros: There are literally hundreds of designs to choose from! I had to narrow them down and thank goodness I had a BOGO deal! Thanks Eventgroove!

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike about it! Shipping took a little while, but Eventgroove handle the situation and ensured I was a very happy customer!

Overall: Even with the hiccup and shipping time due to no fault of Eventgroove, I am exceptionally happy with my purchases and will most definitely be back in the future!
