Everflow

Pros: Didn't find anything in Everflow that isn't in other tracking software, however it seems to do the basics.

Cons: UI is not particularly intuitive and needs work. Commercial and business development seem to be lacking business acumen.

Overall: Not good. Would not recommend, but mostly this is due to a majorly poor experience with the business development team. Partnerships team failed to contact us back, customer service at the senior level failed to deal with our issues.

Pros: Everflow is super easy to navigate between offer setup, maintenance, and reporting. The design is very sleek and so far they have been very responsive and always are willing to help with issues.

Cons: Not really any cons with Everflow - they're always to quick to resolve any problems.

Overall: I would recommend Everflow to any company that needs a solid tracking platform. It is easy to use and reliable - the two most important things!

Pros: Love Chris and the team at EverFlow. Great support and product. Works well and is very consumer friendly.

Cons: None! It has been a pleasure to work with this product. I was new to the system and am a pro now

Overall: Works great, very easy to trust and rely on. I was new to the environment and with all the training and support I am comfortable working with the system now

Cons: - I do not think of any! Everflow listens to their customers well and delivers the requests.

Overall: Everflow is a very powerful tool and I love to work on this on a daily basis. Amazing work and I applaud their hard work.

Pros: Feature-rich, API integrations, ease of use, reporting/analytics capabilities, fraud protection, support, UI, consistent feature add-ons, innovation.

Cons: Everflow has addressed most of the lack of features that I would have put here as cons.

Overall: Everflow has been a game-changer for us. We have used several other tracking software and have found Everflow to be the most reliable and affordable platform to run an affiliate network and perform media buys.

Pros: Everflow's onboarding process is extremely customized for your needs.
They make sure you have everything you need in order to be up and running smoothly. The initial high level of service and attention doesn't stop there, it continues to stay that way, even after you have been using Everflow for a while.

Cons: There is an initial learning curve. I'm not sure if I would call this a con.

Overall: Top Level. If you have a request or question, they make it a priority to help you until you are satisfied.

Cons: Sometimes an update can surprise and I need to reload the site (but always I can use an option to extend the time before update :)

Overall: Everflow is really good tool for the affiliate network. I have been using Everflow for almost 2 years and I am very satisfied. In case of any difficulties, the support that always solves my problems helps.

Pros: I love the easy to use platform, as a first time user for tracking tools, Everflow is by far the easiest to learn. I tried CAKE after and went back to Everflow within 2 months.

Everflow's support team is incredible.

Cons: Would be nice to have a "link checker" to see the link redirections.

Can be a more expensive platform compared to others, but i think it is worth it.

Overall: Love Everflow, never had any issues & if i have then the Everflow support team has helped out within 5-10 minutes of asking!

Cons: No real complaints about Everflow, they normally take care of any issues within an hour.

Overall: I have all of the major affiliate tracking platforms and rate Everflow #1. It is far superior to most of the products on the market. Using the platform is essentially self explanatory.

Pros: - Easy offer setup and reporting structure.
- Great for large teams. Each having our own login. We're able to see 'change/history' log which has been helpful.
- User friendly interface. Affiliates typically have zero issues on logging in and grabbing assets themselves.
- Support team is always there for questions / recommendations

Cons: Would be nice to have the ability to make adjustments for the current day.

Overall: Happy we make the switch to Everflow from our previous platform. I have recommended this platform to several others.

Pros: The platform itself is very easy to use. The major value is in the reporting and the live support both of which are superior to any other platform in the space.

Cons: The search function can definitely use some improvement.

Overall: Overall the platform is very effective for its price point and the team who run it are very easy to work with.

Pros: The customer service is hands down incredible. The Everflow team goes above and beyond to make sure each customer is more than satisfied.
The platform itself is affordable, easy to navigate, and can pretty much handle any request you need it to- no matter how complex your request is!

Cons: I am 100% satisfied with working with the Everflow team- nothing to put in this category.

Overall: I am so grateful to have been introduced to Everflow. It has been my favorite company to work with and in-turn, I have learned so much about the ins and outs of tracking capabilities. My team is new to the affiliate industry and Peter continues to make sure that we are up to date with platform updates, understand how to navigate the platform, and that all of our needs are met. 10/10 would recommend!!

Pros: Stability.
I've used every other SaaS tracking system out there for at least a year or more each and Everflow is by far the most stable, the fastest, the easiest to use and employees the best people. No attitudes.

Cons: 100% reliance on the google cloud. But if I understand correctly they have setup a backup system now, so there would be no cons.

Overall: I wish I would have switched to Everflow when they started. It is constantly updated with new features that everyone can use.
