Pros: Customer service is outstanding. If there has ever been an issue the problem is resolved with interface with the same person.
Cons: The family membership can sometimes be an issue for our users.
Overall: Findjoo is an affordable CRM that meets our organizational needs. We are very happy with the product overall.

Pros: Findjoo was able to get us up and running quickly. We have never used all of its features, but what we have used works well for us. The best thing about Findjoo is that our rep, Christian, has always been available immediately and knows the product thoroughly.
Cons: We didn't find it to be particularly intuitive - some of the letter and other functions are cumbersome to use. (Again, having a good rep helps here.) Limited contact management capacity. Some of our members have had trouble with the shopping cart.
Overall: Findjoo has been a great keeper of our membership mailing lists and newsletter subscribers. I personally have used it the most and get around it quite well, but I find it tough to teach to less computer-savvy people.

Pros: Findjoo has a wide range of capabilities! It was the only product I found that met all of my needs in one. The support team has been very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Most things are figured out within 24 hours. Some of the more complicated requests/concerns Ive had took longer, but the team remained in touch on the progress throughout.
Cons: Some of the features are a bit "clunky" and are lacking in design. This my be more a result of my limited computer knowledge, and may be more adaptable if you have more know-how.
Overall: I have had a wonderful experience with Findjoo. That were such a great find! They are the only company that provided EVERYTHING I needed in a CRM.

Pros: When I took over as chair of the board of The Mahone Bay Centre, we were renting rooms, hosting events and selling memberships with pieces of paper and a file cabinet for our database. I did a lot of research and Findjoo hit the mark. Solutions for all types of events and rentals, website and payment integration. Communication is integrated and largely automated. Makes our small organization look professional and helps our small staff perform beyond their number.
Cons: Software is updated regular which occasionally causes glitches - ultimately improves things though.
Overall: Very happy. We implemented almost everything at once and leaned heavily on the free support. Our support person Christian was patient, helpful and it was great to deal with the same person again and again, real timesaver.

Pros: Findjoo personnel are highly responsive and help us with any troubleshooting or innovations we wish to pursue. Our past membership database was always problematic and caused us a loss in membership. Now, with Findjoo, we have doubled our membership and it stays strong due to ease of renewal, membership communications, membership voting processes. There is so much we can do with Findjoo! It really is a great product!
Cons: There isn't anything we have had trouble with regarding Findjoo. We had a few complex variances in payments to different accounts and Findjoo helped us to figure out a way through holding multiple accounts in their system so that we could have our payments go directly to our sub-organization (our Foundation, as an example).
Overall: I highly recommend Findjoo! Christian and his team are amazing! They work hard, are readily available to us, and are client concerned focused. One more example of this would be around my own knowledge of setting up a communications email blast for the organization. We have several VPs who need to send out blasts and Christian met with me, video recorded a tutorial, and shared with my leadership through the video. We can easily each set up our email blast communications now without each of us spending more 1:1 time to do so. The Findjoo team is really incredible and works hard on our behalf!
