Pros: The platform is seamless and just works automatically without requiring a lot of set up effort. I compared the transcription side by side with Google Speech, Microsoft and 4 other platforms and this is by far the best in terms of accuracy. We used to hire human transcribers for $1 per min and that used to be very expensive. Fireflies is super affordable for the amount of value the service provides. I've seen new features being added every month and the product keeps getting better. Honestly they should be charging more. Comparable solutions are charging $100 to $180/seat/mo whereas FF Pro is just $10. This is one of the few tools that is a must have for daily productivity.

Cons: Nothing really, I'd like to see them support video capture down the road along with audio

Overall: There may be several tools out on the market trying to copy them, but this is by far the best and least expensive. I learned about it from another user who absolutely loved it and recommended it. I would recommend it to any small business or anyone that sits in a lot of web-conferencing meetings. The team is also very humble and takes feedback and actually works on improving the service.

Pros: Fireflies can record, and transcribe all my meetings. I enjoy reading over the notes. Saves me a lot of time and able to multitask.

Customer service is awesome. Krish was able to guide me through integration setup that I had no knowledge of. The team went above and beyond. Communication was smooth and easy to get my messages through.

Cons: So far so good. No cons. I think they should bump up the premium price a bit.

Overall: The experience using this technology helped me so much when I am doing sales calls. It's so great that it captures the keywords that I needed. Also it I call about 40 prospects per day and the tool has helped me record everything so its way easier for me to follow up and close the sales. So glad it's been bumping my monthly revenue up.

Pros: Of all the tools I've used, Fireflies had the best transcription for english meetings. It picks up unique words and proper nouns pretty well. I've also noticed how the accuracy improved over the 6 months I've been using the service. The team must be working on constantly tweaking. On their site they mentioned that when you edit your transcripts the system learns and improves. My favorite feature is the AI Tasks filter which shows me potential action items from the meeting. The service is also 10x cheaper than other enterprise services like Gong and Chorus. I can literally get everything I need for $15/mo whereas Gong quoted me $150/seat.

Cons: I wish they supported more languages. Right now it is only English, but our team is global we'd like French and German.

Overall: Easy to use UI and they support several video conferencing platforms. I can hop between Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex with no issue. They also recently released a chrome extension so that I can capture meetings without needing their AI Bot. Their CS team responds super fast. Sometimes, even if they don't know the answer, they follow up immediately over email and loop in other teammates to help.

Pros: Right now, it is hard to say. Their free service seemed to work very well but I am still waiting for them to address some of the issues I have facd with their premium service
