Pros: Facilitates facilitates teamwork, efficiently and remotely, it has all the tools to optimize business processes.

Cons: I didn't find any cons to Flokzu, its so simple to use and the tools are so powerful.

Overall: Very happy with how the overall performance of my company improved, we have identify the main problems in the business process and FLOKZU help us to find a solution.

Pros: It is a powerful tool, very easy to use, very easy to model processes, is so easy to use that in a few months everyone consider us as an experts. As an administrator not expert in BPM's we are pleased with Flokzu and with the help desk support.

Cons: We did not find any cons, we are in love with Flokzu..

Overall: Our experience is wonderful, as I said before, we are pleased with Flokzu, right now I am modeling processes in 30 minutes, can you believe that??

Overall: It's a highly recommended tool to design, build and run workflow applications that must interoperate with other legacy applications.

Pros: The process templates: they allowed me to take a pre-defined business opportunity process, adapt it to our particular needs and get it up and running in a couple of hours.

Overall: A great tool for administrative processes, which instead of using forms and emails, are done with Flokzu in a more effective and efficient way. In addition, the custom reports and dashboard are very useful to detect bottlenecks and forgotten quotations.

Pros: Easy to use, great design, and UX.
It is simple to connect with other applications as well.

What I like the most is the infinite possibilities in the workflow, and using BPMN 2.0

Cons: My company has a lot of processes, and I would like to be able to add folders per processes sections.

Overall: I recommend Flokzu to everyone I know.
It has completely changed the way we work. We use less email and less paper, and everyone's job is clear, they know their tasks and roles in each step of the processes.

Pros: 100% responsive, we use it from mobile devices without difficulty. The possibilities of integration with Google are extensive, but especially the integrated login is very convenient. The integration with Zapier is also very useful to connect with other applications, in our case we do it with templates in Drive and with social networks (Twitter in particular).
Very complete learning resources, to be autonomous (free course in Udemy, video tutorials, knowledge base, etc.)

Cons: You cannot change the color palette of the interface to use the colors of our corporate identity.

BPM and workflow products were usually complex, requiring many hours just to be installed and their first process running. Flokzu allows us to focus on the discipline of BPM, while students can apply their learning immediately.

Pros: I could deploy my own processes and workflow in hours (I'm not an IT girl).

Custom reports are great; I loved scheduling and receiving them in my email.

Process Versions and Sandbox allowed to test before deploying.

Affordable.

Cons: Hard to find... Maybe that you cannot personalize the colors of the UI.

Overall: Flokzu provides a great knowledge base, tutorials and a Udemy course, so I was able to learn at my own pace, and in a matter of days I had several processes running.

When I needed, customer support was great.

Cons: Nothing was especially bad in this software.
Considering it is a low-code / no-code, you can't personalize everything.

Overall: Flokzu honors the promise of deploying a full process in just hours, instead of weeks. Friendly UI, powerful features made easy for business users.
