Pros: With the app and desktop version of Flexwhere employees can make an easy reservation. Thanks to this tool we are able to work with a minimum of workplaces. Our flex-factor is 0,5
Cons: Not all features are available in the desktop version. Especially finding a free spot is not yet possible in the app.

Pros: - Easy to use
- Both as a mobile app and in the web browser, makes operation very flexible
- Not packed with unnecessary functions, everything has its purposeCons: - We miss a little more independent personalisation, for example bringing in Corporate Design colours
Overall: Space was gradually becoming tight in our company and so we were forced to find a solution. This is where we became aware of FlexWhere. It is easy to use and our employees can now conveniently book their space.

Pros: Easy to handle tool. I mostly use the App on my mobile phone and its perfect. Also the administration functions are easy to use.
Cons: I did not find any cons for the purpose we need it for.
Overall: I am a happy user and also the colleagues are using it very successful and satisfied. The price is ok and the flexibility of our sales contact is excellent. Thanks for this cool tool!

Pros: - easily reserve your workplace
- see where your colleague works
- simple management tools
- respect for privacy (GDPR-proof)
- easy to use on laptop, workstation or mobile phone
- good supportCons: Very occasionally, releases with new features follow each other (too) quickly with a chance of minor disruptions. These are usually resolved quickly.
Overall: A pleasant, user-friendly cloud-based reservation tool with many options and good support with regular expansion of applications.
