Pros: Best server hosting company in the business. I rented a Minecraft server for 6 months and I love it. Thank you Angeline!

Cons: The only con I can think of is not having enough money for Ultimate support. Make it cheaper!

Overall: Overall, I had a great experience. The server was super cheap and it ran great and smooth! Never lagged.

Pros: Customer service was great answered all my questions and help me out with everything I needed even improved my server performance without me asking!!

Cons: The website was a bit slow at start I couldn’t log into my account due to it

Overall: Had some lag issues and general problems with the server settings but I made a ticket in the discord and a kind fellow named Angeline helped me out with all my issues and answered all my questions

Pros: I had quick responses, and even encouragement too when I expressed my concerns and frustration. Truly helpful

Overall: Very kind and helpful interaction. Their discord server for help is incredibly helpful and useful, true to the aim to help.

Pros: + Ease of use as a minecraft server admin, just click the name of the modpack you want (as long as it's on CurseForge or Modrinth), and it installs everything for you!
+ You can change plans on the fly (if 4 GB ain't cutting it, you can go to 5 GB for only an additional ~80 cents a month!)
+ Backups
+ Uptime
+ Support
+ File Access + online text editor, no need to download, alter, and reupload config files

Cons: - Sometimes on the website there's black/dark grey text on a dark blue background, which makes reading it hard if you don't have it highlighted

Overall: Hassle free, I just clicked the modpack I wanted, it installed and configured it for me, and all I had to do was hit start, and copy the IP, and our group was off to playing! Doesn't get much easier! Also very helpful and attentive support staff if you have any questions or need help with something. It doesn't feel like they have an autoreply from a bot, or a checklist or script they have to walk through, it's still just people, which is very pleasant imo.

Pros: Fixing issues by talking with the staff made earlier troubleshooting by myself look like a toddler compared to an expert of their craft. After speaking with staff for just a few minutes we were able to find the root to the issue almost instantly and found solutions right then and there.

Cons: There were a few confusing configuration issues that were honestly at fault of the game and not the hosting service provider whatsoever as they did a phenomenal job fixing what terrible a game Ark Ascended is.

Overall: Overall the staff was super nice and encouraging and made the experience so much more bare-able had I just kept trying to fix things myself, which would've just been like a dog chasing their own tail.

Pros: I like how the support is available on time and the servers are on premium hardware even for budget pricing, I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in purchasing something with a low budget as GravelHost just doesn't provide low pricing, but also great quality + support :)

Cons: No Cons really, all good. Whatever issues I faced were resolved immediately.

Overall: 10/10 of course, they deserve it. They're quick at what they do and provide what they promised to offer aka quality hosting at budget pricing.

Pros: Quick Support, Fast, Affordable. Quick to respond to my questions and always had knowledgeable answers.

Cons: None to be honest, they really helped me with everything I needed

Overall: I've had my server for just over a 6 months and recently started having some frame drop issues playing on PS5. I opened a support ticket and the 2 support reps were very patient in helping me troubleshoot (for almost 3 hours) to get things running right again. THANK YOU!
