Greatmail is an email service provider (ESP) specializing in business class email hosting, SMTP hosting and email servers. For ISPs, application programmers and cloud developers, we also provide custom solutions including dedicated IP servers and process specific, load balanced configurations with multiple servers.

Each mailbox includes 10GB storage. Upgrade options available for 25GB storage and Groupware features (calendar/contacts synchronization).

    Cons: No issue at all. There are no outstanding concerns of any kind in our technical or personal relationship.

    Overall: Perfect, exemplary, professional and courteous. i have made several additions, changes, and otherwise needed upgrades to our services and in each case results were far more than satisfactory. This operation is the best in the business.

    "Greatmail is exceptional!"

    Pros: They offer a very high Level of Customer Service, around the clock. With 100+ email accounts, we've never had downtime in 5+ years. It's a great email solution ran by people who truly care!

    Cons: None that I can think of. The only thing I would prefer is if they emailed invoices monthly, instead of us having to log in to download them. It's no big deal, just an extra step when doing month end accounting.

    Overall: Ryan with Greatmail is wonderful. He truly cares about his Clients and they are a reliable and stable email provider!

    Pros: Everything normally "just works" like it should and runs smoothly. You can't ask for anything better than that. If you need support, it's quick and helpful.

    Cons: I can't think of any cons to Greatmail's service and support. I have been a happy customer.

    Overall: I have been using Greatmail for my dedicated servers hosting for several years now and I have recommended their company to many. They helped me get settled in the beginning of my business journey and have been supportive all the way through any issues I may have had along the way.

    They have always been happy to help me if I ever had any problems and go the extra mile to make sure everything is in good working order.

    I can't imagine anyone can have a more supportive company to do business with.

    Pros: I have been using this email service for more years than I remember. It has evolved and is an excellent choice for new users as well as seasoned users. It is outstanding and support is outstanding when needed.

    Cons: The only issue I have but have worked it out over the years, I am an architect and sending large files have to be broken up into smaller pieces. The limit for plan files is low but have worked that out. Would like to have ability to send one large file when that occurs.

    Overall: Overall, I'm not switching and use to death every day. Love it and the support guys are over the top
