    "Awesome Image Viewing Tool"

    Pros: * lightweight (opens the images immediately)
    * powerful (all editing, color adjusting and painting tools are included)
    * nice (eye-catching design).

    Cons: Not all video formats are supported. However, it's enough if you only need to view mp4, mov or avi formats.

    Overall: The software includes everything I need in my daily work. But all functionality is packed into the lightweight and handy tool. So when I need to view photo or image - I view it immediately. When I need to edit/customize it - I open the tool and do it.

    Pros: Very convenient and easy-to-use tool for image viewing. A wide variety of graphic formats is supported.

    Cons: Effects don't include "old film", "movie" or other popular effects. Instead it offers some too artistic effects, e.g. mosaic, emboss, sketch etc.

    Overall: Perfect solution for home users. It includes almost 100% features you will ever need. View any image/video file. Resize, crop, rotate, change color palette, and even paint.
    Highly recommended.
