    "Awesome product"

    Pros: Halo ITSM is highly configurable and gives us complete visibility of the departments workload. We love using Workflows and To-Do lists to ensure certain types of tickets are dealt with in a standard way. We also love the instance feedback we receive from users when we close their tickets. We find the HALO ITSM support team and account management team very polite and efficient to deal with.

    Cons: Halo ITSM, is useable on a mobile device but the experience could be improved.

    Overall: We are pleased to have adopted Halo ITSM. It has improved the management of our departments workload and communication with our end-users.
