Pros: As I started diving deeper into its training video library I discovered that it is a well thought and developed virtual fair application.

It is the missing piece I needed to change my virtual presentations, of course, I will keep using zoom and google meets day today (very hard to walk away from them, is like stop breathing) and I will keep using live webinars for people like me that do 90% of my business activities online, you need to switch around your presentation styles and environments to keep your audience interested and engaged. Also for monetization purposes sponsored booths are perfect and it increases your credibility and you can hedge your position for others to collaborate with you to piggyback on their networks = more potential clients.

Cons: I like to see VR headset capability on all levels of membership, webhooks are needed & one more organizer seat.

Overall: Very satisfied with the features and price point.

Pros: I purchased HexaFair from AppSumo. I upgraded it to Tier 2 after I found out the many benefits of it. With HexaFair, I can bring the fun, interactive elements of 3D to my virtual events, creating a fun experience for attendees, speakers, and sponsors alike. Just like a live in-person event, HexaFair allows virtual event attendees to submit contact forms to vendors and chat with exhibitors in real-time. Features I like the most: live conferences, breakout sessions, Q&A, polls, and any other events in the 3D virtual auditorium.

Cons: I wish to have more 3D virtual templates. More than 10.

Overall: 3D is the future of virtual conference events.
HexaFair even lets me manage agenda and speakers for the virtual event using the built-in management tool, allowing attendees to preview sessions on the main event page.

Pros: The overall software navigation was simply awesome. As a beginner job seeker, I got great support from the technical team, and thanks to their guidance, I've landed my dream job! Thank you very much HexaFair team! I am grateful to you!

Cons: The overall graphics can be improved. Apart from that, everything was so good! Great software!

Pros: We favour about setting up and navigation. It helps us to organise the event quite awesome and we were able to finish the online event with success.

Cons: Some steps take a little bit time and I think 3D nature could be improved.

Pros: Very good support team and always willing to help. Easy navigation and setup (once you get a hang of it) and very good client and user feedback.

Cons: No Facebook/Youtube Live Stream integrations. 3D Models could be improved.

Overall: Overall it is one of the best virtual trade show platforms. There's no need to look further if you are looking for a "real walk-through" experience.

Pros: Easy set up and navigation. I am not tech savvy and was able to create an event. The 3D makes you feel like you are in the Metaverse.

Cons: Some features will take time to learn. I don’t have a lot of time, I need ease.

Overall: This software will add me to the list of firsts. I might be the first 55 year old woman to use it on my own, first Guyanese, first Black woman.

Pros: Easy to use, quick set up, smart integrations, social media walls, on-demand videos, live streaming, live chat, q and a, simulcasting, conferences, breakout rooms, leadership boards, and more. Excellent customer service and value for money.

Cons: Sometimes it takes a while to log in. With multiple avatars on, it takes a good amount of time to load. Else it is the best.

Overall: It's immersive, interactive, feature-packed, comprehensive and responsive. The best 3D virtual events platform - must say.

Pros: 3D nature feels that we are physically in a trade fair.

Cons: The walkthrough takes time to go into a stall, but there is an option to directly jump to any desired stall.

Overall: HexaFair helped us to successfully complete Sri Lanka's first virtual Exhibition. We, Faculty of Geomatics, are a pioneer.... thanks to HexaFair.

Pros: Their team is professional, their CMS is easy to navigate and their team is ready to help at any time.

Cons: I loved everything about them, their professionalism in handling clients.

Overall: They have got a professional team, their CMS is easy to use. Working with them is a full package of good experience.

Pros: Looks same as physical stalls because of its 3D feature. Their support and is good. Their product is user friendly.

Cons: Requires better bandwidth and its quite a challenge on areas where bandwidth is minimal.

Overall: I used it in two consecutive years and still planning more. Their support is quite amazing and its features are what I was looking for.

Pros: The platform offers different functionalities to facilitate interaction between participants. Also, the Hexafair team is always on hand in case you need help.

Cons: No notifications in the chat or video call, so you have to keep an eye out for attempts to contact you.

Overall: Overall it has been a good experience. The platform is interesting and goes beyond a simple video conferencing application, offering attendees an experience more akin to a real event.

Pros: It was our first time organizing a full virtual event . HexaFair team was with with us throughout and before the event. They were very easy to reach and quickly responded to our requests. The virtual platform is the best and very easy to setup.

Cons: The UI/UX can still be improved especially with the mobile app.

Overall: Best Virtual event software.

Pros: The virtual platform itself is a refreshing take on online events as it goes beyond your typical call/ webinar set-up. Although we could not avail all of the features, our attendees enjoyed exploring the virtual environment and related it to playing a game.

Cons: UI/ UX can still be improved. It is not as engaging for exhibitors as it is for attendees.

Overall: It was our first time holding a virtual event but the HexaFair team guided us along the way. They were very easy to reach and quickly responded to our requests. Thank you HexaFair team!

Pros: Close to virtual reality. Great option for sponsorship integration in online mode.

Pros: Moving and evolving company. Fast-paced and considerate of all the issues during any event. I really appreciate what this company stands for. The entire team has been super cooperative since the start of the project.

Cons: There are no such cons attached with this company.

Overall: Absolutely great to do business with. All done as promised. Excellent service, fast responses, service delivered as and when expected. Communications are exceptional and the staff are super flexible and highly trust worthy.

Pros: It was easy to use, engaging and a seamless experience for the entire audience. The technical support was on call 24X7 to help us make the event successful.

Cons: I didn’t face any. However, the requirements of the portal although basic should’ve been mentioned somewhere.

Overall: Overall, the experience was good. From on boarding of speakers to carrying out talks for a wider audience. The software could manage all the things easily and efficiently. I will recommend everyone out there to try this software.
