    "Terrible - dont waste your money!!"

    Pros: Easy to install. There isn't a lot i can say that is positive - sadly as I wasted a few months using Host Tools - tearing my hair out every other day.

    Cons: Worst system I have come across resulting in double bookings across platforms. The customer service was awful with no-one wanting to take responsibility for the issues with their software and treating me with disrespect. I moved to Smoobu as a channel manager and could not be happier.

    Overall: Waste of time, waste of money, poor customer support. DON'T BOTHER with HOST TOOLS.....move on. There are way better channel managers out there.

    Pros: This app has tools that facilitate easy communication and i love it. The developer did a very good job.

    Cons: So far after my observation, I haven't had any problems with this app yet that needs to be discussed, thank you.

    Overall: Good product and I will recommend it to organizations that deal with communication. This app contains everything they need.

    "HOST TOOLS HAS LOTS OF ISSUES! DOESN'T WORK! TOO EXPENSIVE"

    Pros: Help with bookings of our vacation rentals. Making correspondence with guests easier and more efficient, when it works...

    Cons: The Hosttools App is supposed to make the flow of communication with guests easier and help manage the booking calendar. It does not quite do that. The software / app has lots of bugs. This app needs work, has lots of issues and is too expensive for what it does. It charges $5 per property / per connected account.

    Overall: Hosting accounts are often disconnected. We have to reconnect them at least once per week, which wastes time, and causes bookings to be overlooked. The calendar does not function properly, causing double bookings. It can only connect to certain booking site (a total of 4 only), leaving out major booking sites we rent on. Host Tools customer service is non-existent. Every time I reach out with a question n the chat it takes hours for someone to respond. When they do, they can't help. This app needs work, has lots of issues and is too expensive for what it does. Please fix it.
