    Pros: The best part about InformaCast is it supports modern communication channels like SMS, Push & voice. Their are built in crisis communication templates & workflows.

    Cons: There is a lack of integration with other emergency systems. The adoption requires getting employees to install separate app.

    Overall: If configured correctly at once it is very powerful for large organizations but it also requires backend server & technical resources.
