Jihosoft 4K Video Downloader

Pros: I really like this program. Gets the YouTube in the format I need and does it a good job of quickly downloading the file.

Cons: I've used it for years but recently my computer crashed and when I reinstalled it the license would not activate. It appears that the lifetime license is only good on one computer and for only that computer as long as it lasts (you cant' uninstall on the old and reinstall on the new). I fully support paying for the software you use but "Lifetime License" is a misnomer and misleading for this product.

Overall: Great program. Lousy licensing agreement. If there was a way to move your license to a new computer when you get one this would be a really great program.

Pros: I love this, only problem is I bought a new computer with Windows 11 from Windows 8, I reinstalled 4K downloader to my new computer used the code for the downloader and it keeps telling me there is a error, with code or email, I've been trying to contact support since December of 2022 with no response, what's up with your support?

Cons: SUPPORT! Haven't answered any of my (40+) emails.

Overall: FRUSTRATED! Can only download (5) videos because I haven't paid which is incorrect, purchased Nov, 2019.
